FreeCharge — Recharge for the cellphone | |||||
I tried to do recharge on my cellphone of the operator AIRTEL, through website of the company FREECHARGE ..The balance from my bank account was deducted of rs 250, but my recharge was not done i tried many times but it was unsuccessful...I even mailed the company for this and they assured me that i will get the refund in my freecharge account and then i can do recharge again .. after few hours i got the mail saying that my query has been solved but when i opened my account, again tried for the recharge but still my problem was not solved no refund was there in my account, i again mailed them... In all this process my lot of time, energy, resources were wasted, the work which of 10 minutes took whole day and still was not done...I have all the proofs with me and copies of mail as well...
