Freshmenu — no food no refund

Tried to place order. Just took the money on 8th april but no order placed.
I have paid 2 times for my order via google pay.
I have paid 626.86 multiplied by 2. I still have no confirmation. Your system is cheating customers of their money. I need my money back asap.

Total amount that needs to be refunded to my bank account is 1253.70
Today is 25th april i send the details to you on 8th april. No reverts yet. Why do you cheat your loyal customers.
