Galaxy It Hub — Product not delivered/refund issues

I have a complain regarding one of a ebay seller his name is Hemant Kr. Owner of the Galaxy IT.Hub. This man is using the name of ebay to fool people and earn profit. I ordered a projector Luxcine ptp300s 3D costing me around Rs 12840 on 24/01/17. but for some reason ebay refused to deliver this product at my address and after 5 days the money was refunded. But as the order was cancelled by ebay the very day this man Mr.Hemant called me and said that for some reason ebay is not delivering this product but you do one thing you pay me the money and i will deliver it to you.So i paid him the money on 24/01/17. but till now i haven't received my product .I called him but he is too busy to talk neither he is willing to share any information nor refunding me my money, he is just playing hide and seek by switching off his phone whenever I call. I am planning to lodge an FIR against this man other than this what should i do please help.
I didn't knew ebay shares buyers personal information like phone numbers with its sellers.Not appreciated.

This company is fake Do not purchase any Item from www.techgeek.in.This company registered with ebay and make a customer for fraud.

This is fake company. Tecgeek SBI Account no fake, Address fake. It means all product is fake .
I have some customer Detail who have face fake problem

my problem is solved by Mr. Hemant of tecgeek.in.
He has deliver the projector.

he has deliver the projector but not deliver the 3d glasses or not refunding the balance amount of ₹ 6800/-.
after taking some action aganist him. he deliver the projector and but not deliver the 5 3d glasses for which i paid extra amout of ₹6800/-.
now he is not picking the phone. block my number on whatsapp and not giving any response of massages.
i am going to give police complaint in local police station and then forward to higher level.

i had complaint for Mr. Hemant of it hub. He is resolving the problem of every person, yes, he deleyed to deliver the projector because he has some problem of stocks or other.
i heard that he has deliver the projectors to many peoples who face the same problem with him that i was facing. and going to deliver the projectors to others as soon as possible. he has some problems thats why he deleyed for delivering.
so our think that he is fraud or cheater goes wrong because if he is then he should not deliver the projectors to
he has to persons after the long time.
he has deliver my both projectors after the long time. only 4 3d glssses left which i hope he will deliver soon as soon as possible.
so from my side no issue with him. i was try to delete the complaint against him. thats why i am writting here.
i also tell you people donot take tension just talk to him. he will definetly deliver your projectors

I paid him 66700 for xgimi h1 in 2017, nor I have received my projector nor refund. Please take neccessary action .
