[Resolved]  Garena — freefire account suspended

Hello, Team Garena. My Free Fire ID has been banned some time back which I came to know some time ago.

I have followed all the terms and conditions of Garena Free Fire. I have never used any hack tool and app in this id "Your FF Id" nor have I given access to my id to anyone, yet my id has been banned, which I am very sad about.

Please recheck my id as I have not used any kind of hack tool or illegal act with this id.
