I had taken the broadband connection from Gazon Comm. (VIZTEL) fro a high speed data. However, the connection was never the same. There was power out, cable theft, non-payment of rent by gazon tot he society, etc, which never gave the service for more than 1 week. Hence i called the customercare and informed them blocking my cheque amount which i had paid for 6 months to gazon. The did not respond. After 1 month they have come back asking for payment without service. I had asked them to provide good upgraded service, which they denied. Why should I pay, if i am not getting the wi fi connection. Kindly address the issue and take back your modem as i do not require it any more. I would rather go for better broadband connection.

My inernet connection is not working properly. I gave complaint yesterday through phone. But still not getting any reply...
I have renewed my account once did not showed actives, then again actives twice still my account says it’s deactivate..and I have made a payment twice but no use ..it’s being 2 days calling your customer care number but no one is answering
It just says all are engineers are busy at this time ..please help me as soon as possible

    I am not very pleased with the customer support that Gazon has been providing lately.
    I want to convey to you the problem we are facing is big and the responses we are receiving from your team are not at all sufficient.
    We have recently shifted to elite 27 near bhumkar chowk and extended our internet plan to 10 mbps but the speed has vastly decreased to less than 1 mbps at night hours while at day the speeds are fine.
    Could you please explain to me the reason for this vast differences and abnormalities in internet speed as your technicians are not able to resolve the issue here.
    I hope that I do not have to draft another mail to your team else we will be left with no other option but to end our journey with Gazon here and carry on with other internet suppliers.

      Complaint Desc: No compensation for the poor and faulty services by Gazon

      Gazon Communication Broadband services were impacted for over 3-4 weeks of time from later half of Sep'16, the total outage was more than 2 weeks . There were no updates on the ETA or service restoration. It took more than 2 weeks for Gazon Communication to identify and resolve the issue.

      No Compliant ID#'s were provided to any of the Gazon customers intentionally during the period against the compliant calls to customer care.

      No compensation has been yet provided despite visiting the Gazon Office in person to meet the concerned officials after no response against more than 10 calls to Customer Care Services and more than 7-8 communication mails to concerned department officials.

      When met personally on 10th Oct'16, Gazon offcier promised to respond on next day with update on compensation. But, there was no response .
      I have called the offcier 2-3 times again on the mobile number proovided to me with no respone . On 18th Oct when I called again, Gazon Officer requested that the extension can be provided only if I renew my services . I did made the payment with heavy heart on 18th Oct, but havent received any updates yet .

      Officers are very irresponsible, have no understanding of their duty and don't know the importance of customer service.

      Desirable Resolution : 1 Month of extended service for the internet broadband Plan

          I recently bought broadband connection from gazon for 3028 (3 months plan) on 30th July. I am getting no internet connectivity since 1st August.

          After registering complain we are being reassured again and again that the engineer will come and the issue will be resolved. But it has been more than 5 days and no engineer have visited us or fixed the issue.

          They have illegally taken the power from a nearby private enterprise and given us the connection.

          I have even written a complaint in mail to there manager anup shinde but got no response.

          To summarise :
          1. Issue of no internet connection since last 5 days
          2. No engineer working on the issue.
          3. Taken a illegal power connection from a nearby private enterprise due to which this issue has arisen.
          4. Worst customer care.

          I got broadband connection from gazon on 30th July. We have been facing issue since 1st August.

          After continuous complaints regarding no internet connectivity there has been no resolution from the gazon communications.

          There engineer's at the time of getting connection promised that usually issues are resolved within 4 hours but it has been a week and neither there engineer's have come to fix the problem nor they have provided any time frame for the issue resolution.

          Whenever we are calling customer care they say that the engineer is on the way but we are yet to meet a engineer.

          We are people who don't have luxury to take time during weekdays to take holiday just for this problem to get fixed. Still we have taken holidays from work and yet no engineer have come to fix the problem. Even on weekend they have not come.

          To summarise :
          1. Problem of no internet connectivity since the last one week ( just the day after we bought the connection)
          2. We have paid 3028 rs.for the three months and they are neither fixing the problem nor giving us reply to our mails of disconnection and refund.
          3. No engineer support for the issue resolution.
          4. Customer care support is the worst. They don't have the manner to speak to customer who has been waiting for the whole week for there issues to be fixed.
          5. Even complained to there manager anup shinde but got no reply.

          The connection is in the name of Abhijeet Bisht.

            Here I requested Gazon india to change internet connection locality within 10 Km distance as my previous place to new one. They already get 1000 rs from me for installation. and not providing services to my new location. Atleast they need to refund my installation amount. Please do needful...
