GCN Broadband Complaints & Reviews

I took GCN Broadband connection 2 months ago, the first month was okay but from second month the problem started. The connection drops every 2 to 3 days and I have to make a zillion calls before they actually solve it. When you call, they pick up and say it is being looked at and again you call, they say the guy is on his way or still working on it and when you actually call the line boy who actually checks for wire cut or disconnection problem, he has no clue at all that I have a problem or he will just support them by saying he is still working on it. They also do not have any professionalism when it comes to work, they just do not care about customers, infrastructure is very bad for them to run this business. They also give excuse like UPS is down so no internet. I am on mobile hot spot most of the time as I work from home because of this and draining my mobile data and losing my more money. Please do not take this connection at all by any chance if you want any peaceful life.

Worst service. Very unprofessional people. The dont even respond to calls. i took a connection 3 months ago. Hardly i found that it worked for 40 days. they took 15 days to resolve my complaint. My suggestion is dont every subscribe internet service with this so called GCN broadband. One of the worst of its kind. They are very rude to customers. The customer care number [protected] is useless nobody turns up to answer the call. I would appreciate the patience who has been with GCN broadband for more than 3 months.

Everyday we are suffering internet connection issue from gcn. My connection is in sg palya. Even when we try to call the person ([protected], [protected]) they dont receive the calls, hang up the calls.

No support is given from customer care. This is the service ever i have seen. Everyday some issue happens and net doesnt work

This has been an issue evry time and even they have started increasinbg their prices. There are no other networks available in our area thus they have been misuing their monopoly

Very very unprofessional company. It's run by a bunch of kids who have no knowledge of internet or infrastructure whatsoever. When you give them a call they'll come and collect the money within an hour, but after that you don't even get internet connection. After a week of calls, they'll put copper wires to your home ( they claim to provide Ffber to home ). And then user id creation takes another week. Finally you get internet access.
The down time is insane. 2-3 days a week internet won't work. The remaining days you won't get the promised speed. Let alone 50mbps, it hard to get 3 mbps with their network.
If you call them, nobody picks the call. They don't register complaints. They don't refund installation changes.
And another thing I forgot to mention is, internet goes down whenever it rains and won't work a day.

Gcn broadband is the worst internet service provider i have seen so far.

We are facing internet issue since many days. It has been more than 2 months we are using this internet service and never we had internet smoothly running. Every time we need internet it is not working for us.

The customer service they provide is too bad. We keep calling the office number[protected] and they say will send person in 1 hour to fix the issue and this repeats every time we call. The person never came for days.

Never ever go for gcn broadband connection.

These guys took the subscription money i.e.4500 on the first day and they did not give provided us the connection even now.

Its been 2 months.

We have gone to their office at least 15 to 20 times and every time they keep telling sir, please give us some more days.
We are students and have limited money for our daily expenses.

Please retturn our money or please close your company.
You are not fit to do business.

Do you know what business means.

If you dont return us the money in another 2-3 days, i will file a complaint against you in police station.
