Hi, Everyday we are suffering internet connection issue from gcn. My connection is in sg palya. Even when we try to call the person ([protected], [protected]) they dont receive the calls, hang up the calls. No support is given from customer care. This is the service ever i have seen. Everyday some issue happens and net doesnt work This has been an issue evry time and even they have started increasinbg their prices. I have applied for new GCN braodband connection last month till now they have not given the connection when am asking for refund they are speaking the slang language since the broadband company belongs to some Local MLA of the area.
