Dear GDA,
When master plan for 2031 for Ghaziabad is going to get officially launched .

What is going to happen in the area named as Special area development zone ( SADA) next to RRTS Duhai Depot .
Will government buy all the land parcel under SADA ?

Street light is damaged since 20 days and we r complaining regularly but no action has been taken uptill now...we facing too much problem bcoz due to darkness a bicycle had been stolen too...so plzz recommend as soon as possible...

We are living behind Red carpet Bencket hall in Rajnager Extension, due to Red carpet Bencket hall generator noise we can't be able to do anything properly and are getting irritated and frustrated due to regular noise and air pollution created by Red carpet generator.
After office hour it become very frustrating to sleep in night due to noise and also very irritating to senior citizens also living nearby in the afternoon time.
This has make our life hell so request you to kindly look into the matter and solve the issue by directing them to use silent generator or close it.

Ye amount mere account se debit bhi ho chukaa hai jiskaa record mere pass uplabdh hai... Lekin iskaa koi bhi record nagar nigam kay online portal par maujood nahin hai... Itnaa hi nahin Ghaziabad nagar nigam kaaryaalay mein bhi humey kisi prakaar kaa koi physical record karmchaariyon se praapt nahin huaa hai... Aur ultaa is financial year mein hum par ₹ 5191 kaa house tax deposit karney kaa pressure banaayaa jaa rahaa hai... Please sambandhit adhikaariyon ko uchit nirdesh dekar is maamley ko jald se jald suljhaayaa jaaye aur saath hi sambandhit karmchaari (BB Singh) par uchit kaaryavaahi ki jaaye... 15 dino mein agar iskaa samaadhaan nahin nikaltaa hai to main ye manoongaa ki aap mujhay Court ki sharan mein jaaney ki anumati de rahey hain...

Roads of balaji mandir marg sector 11 and 13 vasundhara needs to get repaired on urgent basis. Road is completely broken. An accident can happen any time. Kindly do the needful asap.

Subject: To complain and bring attention to the problem of stray dogs biting in the vasundhra sector 13.

Respected Sir,

I am a resident of the vasundhra sector 13 house no 348, Ghaziabad, we are facing the problem of stray dogs in our block, There is other breed 3 dogs. Their groups are dangerous as they started attacking the passer by. And our pets as well, they run towards motorbike which leads to many accidents in the area. People lost their sleep as dogs bark whole night. One of the brown dog has biten many person passing by on daily basis and good amount of blood comes out to affected person, which is creating an scared atmosphere.
Also, in back of my home so many dogs started barking at 01:00 am and it continues by whole group.

I am requesting you to look at that matter as soon as possible. The cases are increasing rapidly. I hope you will take absolute measures to handle the issue.

Strret light near main gate gali no 1 sector 9 chiranjeev vihar is unserviceable

A "Touch of Taste" eatery / Restaurant is running recently in residential area the Noise from their chimney makes residents life heal. It's become very difficult for the students to concentrate on their studies even all residents is facing this Noise problem badly.
Secondly the smoke comes from chimney making residents life miserable and causing breathing issue.

Drain not clean last 2 months, drain water over flow the drain.
Please take action against the employee.

We have been facing major problems due to street dogs who has made base in the society and making different problems to its residents like, spreading garbage, littering on common area in floors and few cases of dog biting arrived with the kids playing in the society park/ play area. children not able to play in parks and even shops in eve. time. Kindly provide pointers of street dog catcher or send team to get these dogs out of society so that we can get rid of these day to day issues

My address is B-308 Brij Vihar Ghaziabad. It is been more than a week since nagar nigam's home waste collection vehicle came into my street.

All of the neighbours are having problems with this. Can you please look into the matter and ask the drive to come on daily basis.

We are from Panchwati Pariwar, B -Block Ramprastha, Near Chander Nagar, 5 Street lights are dysfunctional and not working for 3-4 months continuously, even several complaints lodged, Local Parshad, is also made aware many times but of no use, it seems he is blind to our issues.Please take note off and get it rectified soon.

Please be informed that Sewer Lones in front of House No. 861 to 870, Sector-11, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad are choaked and overflowing for last 10 days as a result foul smell spreading out inside the houses and surrounding areas and the residents are scared for dangerous diseases seems to be raised by such dirt/filthy atmosphere. We are constantly trying to contact Nigam Authority but there is no response from their end. Therefore kindly direct/instruct the Nigam Authority to clean the sewer lines at the earliest.

1.Loose wires hanging around the house, obstructing movement. To be please removed.
2.Four pits were dig up for some work by Nagar Nigam more than 30 days back. The same have not been filled up thus leaving the place dangerous. This has been a cause of few two-wheeler accidents also.
