GHMC — property tax payment issue - amount deducted, not reflected/shows due in ghmc site

I paid the Property Tax of Rs. 2222 on 16th June19. The payment is towards the Demand Year 2019-20 and made via ICICI bank gateway using VISA Debit Card and the amount was also deducted from the bank account. But on the GHMC website, the status still shows as 'due' as on today i.e, 22 June' 19.

Kindly request you to do the needful to apply the payment to the amount due and clear the dues as soon as possible. Also, request you to please send an email receipt/acknowledgement of the payment.
