[Resolved] Gionee Communication Equipment — Improper functioning of mobile handset | |||||
I had purchased gionee mobile (P7) handset on 18th march 2017 from vijay sales, prabhadevi branch, 384. V. S marg, ddar west. I purchased it for rs-12, 999 /. The mobile functioned well for 3-4 days. The trouble started there on. I was unable to receive call nor could call. I visited gionee gallery on 6th or 7th at dadar west, opposite to dadar station. They set right the problem. After two-three days again the same problem persisted. I visited the service center again on 17th april 2017. The problem was set right. Again the same problem occurs. Some times the handset gets hanged. It has really caused great inconvenience for me. I purchased the handset just by the company name and its reputation, but has been very unhapppy.
