[Resolved]  Gionee Communication Equipment — poor services, inability to redress handset complaints

Dear sir/madam
I would like to bring to your kind notice the callous attitude of service center people.
I went to service center at ambala cantt, for my gionee f-103 pro golden, whose battery backup was poor, getting early exhaustion of battery, quick recharge and subsequent early exhaustion too, almost 15-20 days ago. I was told there is software issue which needs to be updated, waited for almost an hour and it was done. As i came back home driving 40 kms, same problem persisted, i again went to them, when they told me, there is battery issue, which needs to be replaced, deposited rs 200 advance, paid 300 more after 5 days, when i went to recollect new battery. That too i called them up, when they told me to call after 1/2 an hour without courtesy of informing me. Before leaving i asked them, do you have spare charger, they said no, it comes on order. As i came back, got the battery recharged, worked for 2 hours, and again exhausted, not to restart the phone again.
This was my third visit to service center, when they told me, that you need to leave your handset, which will take 2-3 days to redress the problem, and i could make out my phone started immediately, as soon as he connected the charger, but they were at fault, hence were holding back. Job no is gc[protected], imei no is [protected] dated 6/8/2017, 17:13:15.
On top of that, when i left the service center, i was told to bring back the charger also which i am using at home, to check, whether is it at fault? What an approach. My phone is in warranty period as it was purchased 7 months ago. I just ask why this lackadaisical, casual, callous approach to customers. I request you, to refund for the battery, which was unnecessarily changed, or replace me with another phone and at least make the charger available in plenty, at your service center so that customers do not suffer. The attitude of service center people is also very poor, make them customer friendly rather than, dictating, which lack basic courtesy.
