[Resolved] Gionee Communication Equipment — Regarding problem with newly bought phone | |||||
With due respect I am Lokesh Kumar Gupta, a customer of the Gionee Handset. Wants to tell you that I purchased Gionee P7 MAX on 17 October 2016 from Ganpati Mobile Point at Ashok Vihar, Mahesh Nagar, Jaipur. I was so lucky to have this phone on its launching day but my happiness could not remain the same as on the 3rd day of purchase the speaker of the phone stopped working. I took the phone to the shop from where I bought this phone. They reset the phone by saying that it is a common error and my phone again started working properly. After 10days this handset again met with the same problem but this time mike also stopped working. I submitted this phone to Gionee Service center. On 2nd November 2016, they performed various operations on the phone and finally corrected the issue and said to me that your phone is now working properly and all the problems with the problem had resolved. They also promised me that no problem will occur with phone in future. But again after two days both the same problems started. Again I submitted the phone to Gionee service center on 4 November 2016. I also complained at the customer care but they left me in the middle of nowhere by not responding me properly. At last they gave me a lame excuse by saying that you will get a revert call from us. I would like to tell you that I also talked to Mr. Sanjay Gehlot and Mr. Sunil (Official Salesperson of Gionee) they told me that we can’t exchange the phone as per our company policy as you have to go with the same handset . I was totally flabbergasted by their responses. On 5th November service center messaged me to say that your phone is ready and all the software are again updated, you can take your phone back. But now I am sick of all these nonsense made by the customer care and service center. I can’t take this phone back as I presume that the same problem will occur again. Finally after verbal commitment of exchanging the handset if same problem occurs within a month made by Mr. Sunil. I had to collect the handset from Service center on 18 November 2016. It was so sorry to say but after one day of collecting the handset, the same problem occured. Now tell me what should I do? I am totally dependent on this phone as I am a UBER Cab Driver. I get all my deals of the UBER on phone. This one month made a loss of approximately one lac rupees by losing deals due to this phone. Now i want a reimbursement of my loss and cost of the handset. I have been suffering from the date of purchasing to till date. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. This is the last time I am applying to you. I bought Gionee S plus on April 2016 and it is not working or giving me battery issues with the battery not getting charged at all since the fourth month, I got it repaired once but the same issue started on the sixth month again... I am very pissed off with this product... and hence ask for a replacement of the same.
