Dear sir/maam, This is to bring to your kind notice that i harman bharti had purchased gionee m5 lite (M_imei:[protected]) (S_imei:[protected]) on 25/03/2017 from your store in lucknow. I am facing a problem with the handset since the very beginning, further i have visited your service centre in lucknow twice but have not got any resolution to the problem. Recently i have started facing a problem with the screen where it stars rolling frequently i visited your service centre as my phone is only three months old and still in warranty but they said that i will have to pay 2700 for resolving the issue. I request you to kindly resolve my issue and change my handset as i am having lot of problem with this mobile. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. Your faithfully Harman bharti Mobile no.
