Something is really wrong with this model (Gionnf103), and now i am hell fed up of this device. Need to know why? I am given a swap phone by gionee, but no replacement or doi letter for the same? Why? Its again not even a month, *of my brand new swapped device*, and my device has got new problems. Don't you think a customer has any other work than roaming around your service center?? My device is restarting for no reason. Every hour it restarts atleast 2 times. Google play store is not functioning properly. I am unable to download or update any applications. I tried, resetting my wifi network, resetting my phone, getting my software updated from gionee care, but everything is in vain. Today i again went to the service center to ask them about the problem, so i am now told that this *brand new swapped phone* has some hardware issue. Oh wow!!! I am glad gionee replaced my handset. Swapped brand new handset 1 - speaker malfunctioning Swapped brand new handset 2 - hardware issues Wow, every brand new handset has now got one or the other issue. Right?? As i was told, that i would be given a *new* replaced handset, and the problems have proved you wrong. No two new devices can have these many issues, this clarify that you made me fool twice. Now, moreover, as the brand new swapped handset is not registered on the system, i am facing warranty issues. I am done with this model, i cant take it any more. I have been patient throughout with whatever has happened, but not this time. Experiences with gionee f103 First - screen broke, paid 4000rs, and got the phone back after 15days (Late service) 2nd - mike issue - got my phone back after 70 days (Super late service) 3rd - swapped phone - told that i got a new phone - speaker malfunctioning (Fooling the customer after late service of 2 months) 4th - from no where i got the swapped phone of white gold ( colour changed without information - pathetic service) 5th - 2nd swapped phone (Hardware issues) 6th - swapped phone given without any replacement or doi letter (Bad service) 7th - new swapped phone restarts twice every hour. 8th - google play store problems specifically with gionee f103. Isnt that a wow experience?? I feel like throwing this device and getting rid of it, but i cant because i have paid 9990 rs for it and i expect something in return. Now, so that so many things have happened, i appeal that my device should be changed with another model of gionee ( i am ready to pay the price difference ) This time i am not in the mood of listening to any of the explanations, and i want this mail to be forwarded to the highest authority possible. There was no problem of heating during charging.
But since few days there is problem of heating during charging and also slow charging
