Hello everyone! I want to strictly inform everyone about how unethical and unprofessional this company “ Go leisure international” is. It all starts with a total spam contact number with a person luring you with free 5 coupon gift, which in my case was being said to have connection with hyundai motors, which conincidently i assumed is true because i had been to hyundai showroom for some car enquiries. this company is litrelly using goodwill or a brand name of other companies to only handover the gift, but believe me this is trap. after reaching destination for collecting same gifts this is what i personally observed, being a management student ; when you enter the so called office which actually has no professional feel, the whole staff is illitrate, there are no managers, directors and litrerally not even computers which is actually funny because this company is owned by bunch of people basically cheaters who claim to you when asked about manager stumbling upon various answers given by various people saying manager is not picking up calls or is unavailable or rather out of country neither do they tell you who the hell is manager of this company or who owns it and when any query is asked to those bunch of people they say they are just employees and that they know nothing ! I personally have been in this situation and i can surely predict they lie about all this its nothing but bunch of fake people who know nothing about management and are local jobless morons! So after reaching destination you will be in surprise that you landed up in some travel tourism company and that you’re supposed to listen to a presentation which was just selling to their services on piece of paper and with all the innocent talk they shower you with totally personal questions asking about your salaries and address which is totally unprofessional and cheap. after luring you about attractive tours for India as well as abroad in which they will provide you accomodation, pick up and drop from airports, indoor services such as spa, games, membership of gym, a/c banquet hall, event passes and while saying all this words they had a phamplet like book which had hotels like Blu radisson, Taj, The Leela and many more which are 4 or 3 star and is the reason you feel tempted towards purchasing their membership.They even lied to me that they are not a travel company but is a hospitality service providers and bunch of lies that Im lucky to avail this offer because only 10 out of 100 are selected and that they don’t do it for celebrities LOL. They will start with big amount pack and try to sell you at least trial pack which is the strategy. I paid them 6500/- with knowing nothing and i had to pay 3500/- more because package was of 1lakhs so they sent a person with me at my home to collect rest of money which is so funny saying they need to enter it in system. The very next day i had an medical emergency and that i already had invested money with them i went to their office for my refund to what they responded was do whatever you wanna do you won’t get the refund . What a stupidity! i was even ready to pay cancellation charges but they kept on saying no to me which shows they don’t care about customers satisfaction showcasing how cheap and unprofessional they are ! After investigating about them and their website it was clear that its a travel company or whatever providing holidays which obviously they lied about telling me we manage only celebrities and sponsors big events. What an irony people when i type in Go leisure international on google what comes up in suggestions immediately is fraud company. after reading reviews and comments what i think is they are smart cheaters who actually dont respond to customers or provide 3rd class hotels and give [censored] reasons. anyway I’m struggling to take my refund back as i dont want the blame at first place of not using their service and yet commenting about it! at the end of the day they are not ready to give any refund and are extremely mannerless proves nothing but once your money is gone its gone and that they don’t care now proves their is something fishy ! Goleisure dont give resorts which they show in their booklets during the time u take their membership...mot a fair deal...i have been asking them to conform lalit golf and spa at goa for 3 days in jan...request given more than 3 months in advance...but now goleisure giving other cheaper options...so no use of their memvership...real cheaters...vashi executive even told me to do whatever i wish i can do...they have tgeir legal experrs to deal their issues

I met up with their executive at Shopper Stop and I filled form as it was lucky draw as present by executive and later I received cal that I am selected in lucky draw. when I visited there It was totally fake. I said no to offers they suggested, they started behaving rudely. Since, my wife was there with me I left otherwise would have kick their face. Very bad experience. Please don't attend seminar at all

thanks for posting this, just now i had got call and when googled to check basic detail i found your review and feel exactly same tricks they are playing. In India there is no reform or governing body to control these kind of fraudulent activities.

Employees are ### as they don't have manners at all. Their behaviour is so unprofessional. They are cheater, I went with my 2 years old son and they were taking lots of time and letting me to buy their packages. My kid was crying due to that atmosphere and they did not care about him and consistently forcing me to buy that package. Actually I played smart with them and i didnt buy any single package from them. And even i didnt accept the gift that they told me initially about the same. Very true...even giving more than 90 days prior notice for booking 3 days hotel requirement( lalit golf and spa goa) from 15th jan to 18th jan 2019...goleisure fails to provide congirmation in this resort why??? When this hotel was memtioned in their booklet...now giving cheaper options to contain with...why why...else refund fully paid membership amount

Agree these are cheaters. Have provided only 7 days stay till now out if 28 days... And that too not the ones shown in the booklets when u took the membership.
Now no mails being getting delivered to any of the four emails of Goleisure. None of mumbai or pune numbers are reachable... No any intimation by the company if any updates in their email... These are cheaters in true sense

Two days ago I visited this company and attended the seminar. I have gone with their agreement. But they told me offer or joining membership is today only. Within 90 minutes it is difficult to understand all clauses mentioned in the agreement. For better understanding I requested them to give me your hard or soft copy of agreement so that within 3 - 4 days I will decide weather to accept or not to become a member. They assured me that they will change some of the clauses or delete some clauses from agreement as I wish. For that I have paid them Rs. 30000/- . Still they have not given me any agreement copy.

I agree to the above complaints. I have been trapped badly here and have lost 90000 Rs which is a big amount.
First, Mr. Ankush Kadam explained about the services they provide etc and I got attracted to the service and agreed to pay for 3 year subscription by Credit Card. Ankush said that its no Cost EMi and EMI will be 90000/36 = 2500 per month and they will automatically convert to EMi and I will have to bear no extra charges. then I swiped and later got a statement where it was not converted to EMi and I have to pay entire amount now. When I contacted Ankush, he said " I didnt know that your bank charges so much interest . You must have known this and told us earlier. now I cannot do anything. U convert to 24 month EMi and I will refund 20000 rest you bear ' . I told him that if i convert to 24 month EMI, my EMi will be 4900 per month and in 24 month I will end up paying 118000/- Even if you refund 20k, i am still paying 98000 that too EMI of 4900 and not 2500. I mean what the hell is this man! This is cheating. They have done a blunder and now saying that I didnt know this when i committed this to you. As a sales guy are you not supposed to know everything you are commiting ?
Also another thing he told that AMC of 7000 will be charged for 3 years for holidays for 4 adults and 4 kids. Now when I tried booking a holiday for 4 adults for 3 nights, they mail me to pay AMC of 7000 for this trip. And AMC will be again there for all my trips. I was told totAL AMC for 3 years would be 7000 and now they say per trip it will be 7000 WTF!
You guys are complete cheats ! There were many other commuttment made which now are not getting fulfilled and everywhere they are changing their statements now. Has anyone filed a lawsuit against this fraud company. If yes, please provide details as I also have lost 51k to them. Let us citizens fight them unitedly and send these fraudsters to jail where they belong. Their ceos etc would have made huge property n cars etc.with our money. They provided me resort twice...and now for goa booking Lalit golf and spa which i asked them to book in jan ...giving them request more than 3 momths in advance...now they are giving cheaper options...the above option was in their booklet which they showed me when i took their memvership...we should unit together and file consumer case with these persons...and for time being their offices must be shut down...we must be compemsated and others shold not get cheated and garressed in future
