[Resolved]  Godrej EON Refrigerator — Faulty Unit

Hello Sir, I had purchased Godrej Refrigerator in Nov 2012. Last month refrierator stopped working and we called the customer care an they sent a technician to check. However fridge started working automatically. So we said that we did not want any help however the technician said that we will have to pay the visiting charges. He check the refrigeraotr and said that the Timer was not working properly. We did not change the timer, however paid the visiting charges. After a couple of day unit again stopped working and repeated started working and then stopped working on its own. We called the customer care again and a technician was sent who said that actually the motor was not working. This time we decided to change the motor. He changed the motor and charged 800 Rs for that. After couple of day same problem occured and we called customer care again. They sent a technician who said that actually the timer was faulty and asked 700 Rs for it. By this time I have already paid 1200 Rs to them and Fridge was still not working. I called the supervisor and he said that if we want to change the timer we will have to pay. I dont want to pay as I have already paid and it was the technicians fault that he could not diagnose the correct and problem we had to pay for his mistake. I want them to replace the unit asap.
