Hello, I am Ankit Meswani from India, Mumbai. Few months back I bought a brand new Google LG Nexus 5 . Initially it was good and then they upgraded the Android software and after that I started facing serious phone issues - Battery drain, No app works, WIFI issues, SMS issues, many others so I complained to Google and LG and both said they wont help . Direct NO> I have warranty still they were just giving me a run around. After so many fights they did not help when I checked online, Thousands of other consumers have filed complain and have been writing but these guys just dont care. Now few weeks back GOOGLE upgraded the software again saying it will previous issues and bugs. Now you wont believe . There is a very very very serious battery drainage issues.. So many people have been complaining again but still these guys are not helping. Please help. Its been so many months they have given mental tension, waste of time complainging here and there. Trust me I have facing serious health issues due to this. I have given 30 thousand INR and these companies just dont care. Take serious actions

Hi, Everyone, some times Google will leak out password or personal data for their business to make money, please aware of it and try to secure your personal data, business, whatever important data's from your email, pc, computer, they will send emails like automatically generated emails, Google leaked and shared my google password and personal important data's without my permission, when i was trying to change password that related links were not working properly because they should be knowing all me login credentials rite??? They have deactivated links when i was trying to change my password on google and they leaked all my passwords like facebook, my new business thoughts, ideas all stolen from past 1 and half years etc, whatever because of this i did not get a job from past 1 year anywhere, I lost trust on google since because of this i did not get a proper job as i was expert on my skills, I lost all my time, skills by roaming for interviews(full day), they make me to round for interviews as per their business need, from past 1 year my life carrier spoiled, i lost financial support myself, I fed up of this and tried to commit suicide because o[censored]nemployment food and financial support myself, for their business need they are ready to spoil(play with) any good software engineer's life as like me so please aware of it, anyways i am looking for compensation some one please help with this, Even i worked as a designer, software engineer, tester, I know how coding flows from front end to back end, they misused me for their business need, Google spoiled my life telling frankly, I have proof for that, Government of india should give notice againest this, and take action

I Own a Nexus 5 from the Google Play Store.I had a problematic device and applied for the replacement of my device.The Company picked my device up as per procedure on 12th november, 2014 and it reached them on the Indian Office at Bhiwandi i.e, OTS e-Solutions pvt.ltd. on 17th November.As per their policy the replacement device after inspection would be reaching me within 7 working days from 17th november, 2014.They shipped the device after the expiration of that period.Then i was supposed to recieve the device through aramex couriers on 6th December.But somehow the company had sent the package to Bhubaneswar i.e my place without any data about it i.e, whether the device has been paid for or not or who is supposed to recieve the device, etc.Thus the delivery guy refuses to give me the device saying its the problem of the company who sent me the phone.When i called them, they say they are looking into the matter since 6th november till today.Hence, I am forced to complain about this issue.Please Help me out on this.

I have the email Id by [protected]@gmail.com. I am out of Jobs for six month since July. I am actively looking for a job. I am unable to find one. I dont receive a single call, i once realised that all my important mails and alerts are going to spam which i had not marked as spam. But i find some of my emails read which i have not read etc. I changed my password but same thing happened again until i received a mail from Flipkart - about a saree that has been booked through my email, which i had not. My wife and me had a trifle as well that why do i book and saree the address to which the saree was supposed to be delivered was in Gwalior - MP. I was very upset and tried figuring out the problem's solution. It added me an extra stress above my not having a job in hand. I was really frustrated, i tried going to the flipkart account i thought i will have a serious problem with my family as well, my wife stopped believing me that i am buying up sarees and sending to MP.. to whom??? was a big question for my family. Them suddenly got an address and phone number and called and asked whose number was that I realised that a thirteen years old boy was there of my name "Vikrant Sengar" i spoke with him and got to know that he has the email id by the same "address". I confirmed with him twice thrice that ts not possible and all his mail are coming to me. He confirmed he also has the same id - [protected]@gmail.com. His mother did not let him talk to me. I then got clear why my mails were marked spam. I am in a huge mess without job and this was the ID i had with Naukri/Monster all my mails were being read by somebody else. Also changing the password would not help as long as the id remains same. I cant afford to change my ID at this stage . I will file a legal case against Google for this : the other person could just be collecting data/info from my computer, or worst, planting a virus to your computer. I have my tax return documents there, my bank account details (statement) my phone bill, could even do a identity theft, book a credit card on my name etc. This is the reason that i am unable to receive job mails, my wife could just have worked out if the problem not realized time. Google will have to compensate for m no geeing he jobs and life would have been in a big mess.

Hi i have a email account with sifymail which the company Google had blocked the entire email services, as am using this email account since 10 years and i have store my important documents and email in the account, My email id: [protected]@sify.com. Hi All, I have also encountered the same problem of SOFT KEYS NOT WORKING 4 days back and since my mobile is not under warranty LG service centre has told me to pay 5200 Rs for the touch screen. Can you please post my complaint for the google nexus 4 LG mobile because I am not ready to pay such a big amount for such an expensive mobile. Also this is not a problem caused by phone damage, I have seen people complaining about the same problem. This is the defect of nexus 4. So I need an immediate solution for this. I have this google Nexus 4 phone . Its look like to be an experimental product as google keep on experimenting on my 25 K phone. This phone have given me mental torcher. lot many issue with software update given by google . it was battery drain issue where in my battery use to get vanish only in 4 hr which got solved by google with there new update.after kitkat 4.4.4 update my when ever I make calls my phone display blackouts, i am unable to see whats happening . Surprisingly, we observed on 3rd september, 2014 that the exsitancy of that mail
Was not found in inbox and even not in trash of our club e-mail
Account.

Searching all the matters, we came to decision that our email account had been hacked and the particular important mail may be deleted from 20 th august, 2014 to 3rd septembsr, 2014.

Now we strongly want to know the details and the i.P. Address of that computer from which the above said mail was deleted.
