Android applications in the playstore are gaining access to all our personal information without giving consumer the option whether to share the personal information or not. If we want to use the application then we must share the personal information. The reason they give is to serve us better, but if we look at the negative side of it, It's very unsafe. if somebody hacks the network they can gain access to our personal information through these applications. I feel it very unsafe and I haven't updated any application in my android phone since they have started asking the access to personal information.

    Hi LG Team, This is B R ALWANI and wanted to communicate you guys that I procured LG- D821 Google Nexus 5 handset with IMEI no[protected] in the month of march 2014 from your authorized distributor in Delhi and had gifted the set to my son who is studying in Jaipur. I opted for this handset just because of LG market reputation and the brand google associated with your organization. Regret to say that but I am not at all satisfied with the product quality as the handset display has gone off within such a short span of time. My son took that handset to an authorized service center in Jaipur but still he is facing the same challenge. So I thought of writing to you guys directly. Request you to kindly rectify this issue or replace the handset ASAP. I am expecting a positive reply from your team to solve this critical problem. I feel brand value of LG in association with Google is at stake and you would definitely like to attain customer satisfaction by providing as extraordinary services on this issue.             I have almost $500.00 worth of third party charges on my phone bill for the last 2 months. Most of these charges were for "coin packs" that were almost $50.00 a transaction! I never received a receipt for this so how I was supposed to know that it was done and cancel the order within 15 minutes?? To make matters worse, when I went in to my account to dispute these charges and ask for a refund, I get an automated message back within minutes stating that it was denied and that the charge remained? Does my complaint not validate an investigation or hell even a human response? I know that I am definitely not the first person to complain about this and the resolution I am seeking is to have all of the coin charges removed from my account. I did not purchase these and I had no way of knowing that I was being charged for these until I received my phone bill.

            Tried to purchase this game 'uciana' and money was deducted from my account but I can't download the game.

                        I own a moto g. Google forced me to update to kitkat and no option to stay in the jelly bean update was given to me. After I have switched to kitkat I am experiencing serious issues like call drops, internet connectivity issues, earpiece/mouthpiece/speaker does not works battery goes down to 1% and sometimes I cannot not even hear the phone ringing it just vibrates and no sound at all. I have important calls and most of them are being left dropped or unanswered. All these started with an update and they have not provided any rollback option or fix till now. Its been 3 months. I wonder why they are treating their customers like this.

                        Moto G i bought from Flipkart is not charging

                        I purchased MOTO G from flipkart, and its brand new phone its not charging at all. So, i am very much unsatisfied with Google that they are not checking the phone before delivery.

                            Sir, with due respect I want to state that I have purchase a Nexus 5 mobile from Google play store on 11.12.2013 of Rs. 28, 999/- and money given from ICICI net banking. After some days on 23.12.2013 again same amount Rs. 28, 999/- deducted from account for same mobile by Google play store without any my instruction or password. On 26.12.2013, I received a nexus 5 mobile by currier (one set only). Two times money /amount deducted from my account for one mobile set. I contact to Google play via phone[protected], he answer gave me that on 11.12.2013 of Rs. 28, 999/- we taken as hold & not charged. And we release the hold on 18.12.2013 So Please to investigate the matter & revert my extra paid amount Rs. 28, 999/-

                              Sir, This is regarding my Gmail id (ash.[protected]@gmail.com) hacking some places continue from last one year, but i will try to submit my problem at customer care of Gmail but due to unavailability of customer care email id or customer care contact no., i am not able to submit the complained to them. My email id misuse continuously and some application of my gmail account used to another person communication with unfair condition, one day i will try to open my account my password was changed, i will try many time but not success to open, after that i put many type another details to access & open the account than it will be open but that time hacker deleted all these type of details in my email id. Right now i am using two step verification option for opening my account but i must want to know about the hacker whose using my account from last aprox one year.                                 Google makes it easy to open account. But makes it extremely difficult to close one. Now this difficulty of finding out how to stop myself being billed for an account that I closed in the free period of 30 days. My domain and email: www.convergenceenviro.org and [protected]@convergenceenviro.org were closed 17 days before expiry of the free 30 days period. Google has billed me Rs 730.34 AFTER I closed the account. I fear it will bill me every month.                                       Hi, One month back, I got the nexus 4 (I had the samsung galaxy note before), however I have a annoying problem. When I turn on mobile data, the bars are still gray and I do not have a connection. To fix it, I have to: reboot the phone or turn on / off `use only 2g network`.I tried the aeroplane trick too. This is purchased @26000 of our hard earned money For the I 2 weeks 3 g worked . I ve checked the ap settings too. There are 100s of the same complaint in the forum However it is very annoying to have to do the following to simply activate 3g when I want. If someone went through this too or have any suggestion I appreciate. Tks

                                        i've opened my id recently. After that whenever i open gmail account my username and password automatically entering. How can i come out from this problem? Is there any solutions or is it permanent problem?

                                        Gmail — hacked gmail id

                                        my gmail id and password is hacked and someone else has changed its password,so i cannot access my account and gmail is not helping me in this regard so please help me out ,I also have some personal data in that account which can be misused.
                                        My current gmail address is ranjeet.[protected]@gmail.com
                                        and my hacked gmail address is ranjeet.[protected]@gmail.com
                                        please help me out as soon as possible.
