[Resolved]  State Bank of India Main Branch (C & I) Delhi — NON PAYMENT OF REVISED PENSION FROM ICAR NEW DELHI

Sub: Revision of PPO No.5052 in respect of Chander Mohan Luthra, Ex-PPS, ICAR Hqrs, S/B A/c No.[protected].


With reference to the subject cited above wherein my pension w.e.f. 1.10.2011 after my superannuation has been revised to Rs. 8376.00 due to grant of one increment on 1.1.2006 and due to further commutation of Rs.96.00, my pension is reduced to Rs.8280.00. In this connection, I may bring to your notice that the Manager, SBI ( C & I), Main Branch, Parliament Street is yet to take action on my revision of pension as indicated in your letter referred above.

Subsequently on my request a letter to resolve the issue was sent to SBI, Alipur Road, Vidhan Sabha, Delhi for expedite the revision and arrears. I was told by the concerrned official that Chandani Chowk SBI had to take action and they have already sent a letter to them for payment of revision and arrears. Still there is no action is taken and I am subjected to inordinate delay which should be resoved at the earliest in coordination with SBI, Alipur Road, Vidhan Sabha, Delhi and SBI Chandini Chowk .,

In view of the above, I request that an expeditious action may please be taken in cognizance of your letter referred above addressed to State Bank of India, New Delhi for payment of revised pension and necessary arrears w.e.f. 1.10.2011. I, therefore, request that SBI may be pursued to take immediate action as requested.
