GozoCabs — Fraudulent ways of doing business and threat

I recently had this trip from Delhi airport to Allahabad for which there was a mess created by you and your team. I am looking forward to answers and resolution for this asap.

1. I booked the cab at 3:00 am and the cab starts at 3:45am as the driver has no clue on where to pick me up. He tells me I am in the wrong place when I am standing on arrivals and he is waiting for me on departures.
2. The driver decides to take a detour in the middle of the journey and chooses a longer route due to no CNG pumps available on the original assigned route. On asking the customer care they asked me to drop the cab there which was in the middle of the highway.
3. The same customer service agent agreed that on completion of the trip I can discuss this matter with the team by email and then make the rest of the payment.
4. I have been pestered by multiple folks late in the night threatening me to make the pending payment even when I asked them to hear me out for the concern and help me find a solution.
5. I do not know the names of the folks who spoke to me agreeing to making payment later and then threatening me but their phone numbers are: [protected]/[protected].
6. One of the customer agents called and started shouting and using foul language in the call which was highly unacceptable and has grounds for complaint, will get recordings of these calls.
6. The cab driver calls me and requests me to make the payment as the gozo team is threatening him too saying "why did you let the customer go away without naming the payment". This is your way of doing business?
7. The can driver had to make multiple stops to get CNG filled and was not aware of where the pumps were kept on looking for them adhoc.
8. I was acting as the navigator for the driver all the route as he was again not familiar with which way to go, is that part of your contract too with the customer?
9. I ended the trip a lot earlier than my dropping location due to the lack of CNG and the need of filling again which was causing me further delay and missing my meeting.
11. I am awaiting a response on this and want to talk to the company owner.CEO on this regard to understand this fraudulent business before I report this to the right authorities.
12. I have screenshots that show the routes that were supposed to be taken and those were actually taken to show the delay this has caused in case that is needed to prove this.
