I booked online suv from bhind madhya pradesh to kanpur and made 15% advance payment, gozocabs confirmed my booking but on journey date (Morning) i called gozocabs to send me cab details and driver details they said booking is confirmed we will provide all details 3 hour before journey time. But gozocabs cancelled my booking & said we don't have cab and driver. They have not arraged any car then i have to hire other cab and paid 4700/- rs. Extra due to urgent need of car. I want to get back my money which i had to pay due to this company gozocsbs. Was this information helpful? |
