We all understand the chaos in any startup, but not at the cost of customer service or compliance. GOZO is a money guzzler for any investor as the customer retention would be way lower than its peers.
1) There's no sense of time or urgency when committing to a customer for a call back and they just don't bother to honour it.
2) There's no internal coordination (or a system) to capture and share the discussions with each other.
3) The customer feedback is rigged. I had rated 1/5 for customer service for the reasons mentioned above whereas, the screen shows 4/5 for Customer Support and 8/10 for Driver. In this case Driver was very good and I rated him 10/10.
You may get a cab, not a reliable operator to partner with like the others (Ola / Uber / MMT, etc.)
