I am trying to contact them but all phone switched off or not answering since a week. My membership number is[protected] They are responding to my call or mails. Would like to know the status of my request or would like to have the refund of my membership...I tried to contact their representative Imran Khan, Rushikesh Muzzamil and Pooja Mishra but no one responds or phones are switch off even their Head office phones in Vidaya Vihar are not Operating nor the mails being answered. Planing to go to consumer court soon to expose their fraud.

    I have taken holiday membership from grand tourio with gead office in vidya vihar mumbai... I visited their branch in andheri.in august 2018... But now that i am trying to book my holiday their all contact numbers are switched i have also sent them mail on their website but no answer since last 2 weeks. Their executives cell phones are now switched off. I would like to take back my money since i have not yet been able to get any service.. Esp the holiday request. Nor dinner coupons as promised. Arrange for refund of my membership fee...

      I am trying to contact the main office since 2 weeks of booking dinner and also holiday booking but all cell numbers or land line numbers given to us or not in service. I did send mail three times and am calling them on land line and also cell numbers given to me. I also call their customer support but no response their executive numbers are also switched off please do the needfull

        I had taken membership for 3 yrs in May 2017. Following is my feedback
        1. We never got movie tickets without huge followups.
        2. Movie tickets were not given every month- Every other month they had reasons like - Server down, Not possible this month, Office network issue etc.
        3. Whatsapp number is absolutely useless.
        4. I used to go and meet them in vidyavihar office at times.
        5. Still not able to utilize full nights because of horrible customer service.
        6. Need my money back as promised. ( Contact person Muzammil from Grand tourio )

        Tips to people ( questions to ask )
        1. Read the agreement document completely. They dont mention anything they promise in the document. Eg. Movie tickets seems to be a goodwil gesture and not binding as per agreement.
        2. They mention, pickup and drop service from airport or railway station for free - But is not covered in agreement.
        3. They mention candle light dinner - Not covered agreement.
        4. When will be the money be refunded - ie conditions of money refunded - not covered in the agreement.
        5. If possible record the complete session via a mobile of what the sales person says and ask the duty manager to acknowledge it and get all the clauses mentioned in the agreement.
        6. Take photo of whatever is written by sales staff. As they dont give it to you.

        I NEED MY MONEY BACK. I HAVE EARNED THROUGH MY SWEAT AND BLOOD.

          Hi Team,

          I contacted to company and ask for the refund because of not getting all over services mentioned at the time of agreement with proof.Even after promising to refund the money, company member giving lot of excuses at the time of refund and services. His main reasons are our server is down, our reservation team is not available / they are out of town, our office location is in shifting mode etc.

          There is lot of misunderstanding between the whole team working for this company. Sales person giving lot of offers, terms and gifts but reservation / operation team doesn't have idea about the same. They denied each and every terms, offers and gift once we paid the money to them after completion of agreement. Basically this company arranges seminar and attract the customer by showing fake and fraud gifts/offers & services.

          After paying of money company's offices shifted to another location without intimation to members or even team also left from the particular location. This is big fraud / cheater company.

          I raised this complaint to take action against them. Is anyone avail here to help me out to refund my money back from them??

            I have visited grand tourio office on 9 may and given the cancellation reauest. I had a word with Mr Muzamil and he assured me that I ll get my refund amount in June 1 week and given me his number to reach ...since then he never responded to me and till now the amount is not received.

            I have given complain before as well but no resolution. They have taken down the original paper from me and still not responding to mail either and on phone call as well.

            These guys are cheater. I want to lodge a complain in consumer forum.

            This has been going on for weeks now, i haven't been able to book any movie ticket the way i was promised. There has been no support whatsoever. How can you just keep the site closed completely without compensating. I would like to book tickets of the last month and this month together now.
            My Father took the membership and is cheated too. They never gave the welcome gift. Have stopped picking calls and not even able to get movie tickets. He has not utilized their service for any trip yet. Now they are not picking up the calls. We need our money back. My father is a retired person and every penny counts. Targeting a senior citizen or his hard earned money, these people should be brought to justice.

              I am a member of this fraud company. Initially when we asked for Movie bookings and candle lught Dinner they gave us the tickets and hotel bookings but since this April 2019 we are calling continuously on their numbers but no response. We wanted to book for holidays at Bali but they mailed us saying that they are shifting their office and start within a week again. We are lodging a police complaint today against them.

                We have incurred huge cost in excess of Rs. 3.37 lakhs by taking a 12 year membership plan of Grand Tourio Holiday Solutions Pvt Ltd. (Grand Tourio). I was promised by the company executive Mr. Imran and Ms Puja that we can avail holidays upto 6 days and 7 nights once in a year (any time of the year) from the date of membership and entered into a proper agreement with the company for this purpose on 21.07.2018. But we are not getting promised services of free annual hotel reservations etc. in first year of membership itself.

                We were called by representatives of GrandTourio to office at Andheri(West) representing it as a well-established Holiday solution provider company for carefree holidays world-wide with added fringe benefits like Banquet services, travel arrangement & taxi services at discounts, free hotel transit facilities, monthly movie tickets etc.

                We were informed by Grand Tourio representatives that the total net cost implications shall be EMI of Rs 11, 667.00 for 24 months with a total net cost implication of Rs. 2, 80, 000.00 for the 12 year of GrandTourio membership plan. GrandTourio representatives (Mr. Imran and Ms Puja) further confirmed that Grand Tourio has arrangement with HDFC Bank for interest free EMI and so we shall not incur any additional cost towards interest, processing fee etc. Accordingly, we took a membership plan for 12 years on 21.07.2018 by making payment of Rs. 2, 80, 000.00 through Credit Card.

                To our surprise, when we approached HDFC Bank, they informed us that the cost implication is coming to Rs. 3, 37, 384.00 (Rs 3, 34, 080.00 + Rs 3, 304.00 towards processing fee) and therefore, the EMI arrangement is having an additional cost of Rs. 57, 383.00 towards interest including tax and processing fee. We provided written calculations for EMI, interest, tax, processing fee etc. from HDFC Bank to Grand Tourio.

                We demanded clarifications and refund from Gand Tourio since it was a substantial additional cost. Ms. Sneha, Support Manager, Grand Tourio vide e-mail dtd. 25.09.2018 confirmed that they would refund the additional amount of Rs. 57, 000.00 towards interest. However, they have not refunded Rs. 57, 000.00 towards additional interest on EMIs even after lapse of almost a year despite our constant follow-ups.

                Further, we sent request on 13.04.2019 for reservation of hotels for annual holidays starting 13.06.2019 as per membership plan. They required that we sent such requests about 45 days in advance, we sent request 60 days well in advance and continuously followed it up. Out of three places, they sent hotel list for one location (which was for one day) and have not sent similar hotel lists for other two locations. When we selected that one day hotel and asked them to confirm the same, they have not confirmed it. So, no action and no response. Now their representatives are not even picking our phone. When I visited their office (Friday 07.06.2019), it was found closed even when it was a working day. Now, since we have made all other travel and logistics arrangement to America well in advance and so, we cannot cancel the holidays and are forced to make hotel reservation at substantial cost on our own since holiday request was from 13.06.2019.

                Under these circumstances, we are now believing that Grand Tourio has fraudulently duped us of the huge money amounting to Rs. 3.37 lakhs besides causing us agony, anxiety and mental trauma not to say additional cost towards making our own arrangement for stay. At our heart, eventhough we shall be making our own arrangements, it will not be a happy vacations since we now believe that we have been cheated big time by Grand Tourio.

                I am a retired person (Age: 61 years) and have intended to have some much needed holidays but got fraudulently cheated instead. This is a long term membership plan and such problems are occurring in the beginning itself and so, we shall be only fantasizing if we think that this company will provide any service for the long term duration of membership plan.

                Since I am not getting any response, I want you to kindly take this complaint to them and please assist me in getting my money amounting to Rs. 3.37 lakhs refunded to me and help me to cancel my membership as until now I am not provided with any holidays.

                The undersigned visited Grand Tourio office on 12.06.2019 and asked for the hotel booking services ( for 6 nights at three locations (one night each at two locations and 4 nights at 3rd location; all in USA) as per agreement. Grand Tourio informed that they were in the process of shifting and so could not respond for past two months. Grand Tourio assured that they will give provide hotel booking for 5 nights out of 6 nights asked because at one location, they do not have tie-up.
                They have already provided hotel booking at one location (for one night) which has been availed by us. Hotel was good.
                For balance 4 nights at 3rd location, they have informed today (18.06.2019) that they will confirm the hotel today itself. Hopefully, this complaint will be resolved today.

                  This is a travel company. Which provides hotels rooms in all over india. The main branch is in Andheri and sells office is at thane. They take 65000 from us and tell they are going to provide rooms in hotels anywhere in india for 4 yrs while we r travelling. They are cheating with customers. I continuously tried from many days to reach them by ph and mail no response is coming.i have already paid 65000.please help.

                    On 13/04/2019 i have complained about non receipt of membership fees rs 80000
                    Cancellation approved by company on 29/01/2019. I was assured to get refund within 45 days from 29/01/2019 however till date company staff is avoiding to settle my claim by giving false promise. They have shifted their vikroli office and yet not declaring new head office address with ulterior motives to dupe the members without giving any service or cancelation of membership.

                      Hi,
                      I, rinku baghel, took membership on 10/03/2018, and paid rs. 75000 as half the amount at their andheri office.
                      They gave lots of commitments like air fryer, 5 star stay at hotels, free movie tickets every month. Its more than a year now, and i feel cheated by their blatant and unprofessional behavior.
                      No one picks up the calls, and they send automated mails to every query.
                      I have not seen movies since last 5 months. They send mails like weekend quota over, changing office location,.. Even for weekdays they are not booking tickets.
                      Now they say this was for limited offer.
                      They also gave the agreement copy after 6 months and changed all terms and conditions.
                      I want to discontinue and get my refund back.
                      I am a professional and have membership of other privilege clubs and associations.
                      Because of these people, indian hospitality and tourism gets bad name.
                      I want every one who is reading this to come forward a lodge complaint against them.
                      Most of their employees have left. The top management is accountable and they should be put behind bars.

                      I got mail from Rahul Tripathi . Quote : "This is to inform you that we have received your complaint to get better resolution please share your contact number."
                      I shared my number, but still after a month no one from Grand Tourio has called me.
                      Why does this guy not share his number in the mail?
                      Whatever nos. they publish on the website, no one is picking up the call.
                      I request the guys in this consumer complaint team to please look into this matter urgently and suggest some remedy.
                      I am willing to meet you in person, as I want to resolve this matter peacefully.

                        I bought the club membership package of rs.50, 000 on 28th nov 2018 in andheri west. After the initial formalities and payment, i am trying to get in touch with them and there is no response. Their customer care nos. Are hoax and the reference nos. Provided by the team during their exhibition are not picked up. They message saying contact this person and that person with no one taking responsibility to contact us back. I have been robbed of rs.50000 with false promises of holiday and club

                          I have raised the complaint t on 17th jan but yet it is not resolved, we really need the intervention to save us from this fraud.
                          After putting the complaint in the portal, they called us and commited for refund of membership after deduction, written letter also submitted by us and last month, they called me and told that your request for refund, they got approval from their management and you can collect the cheque, then after immediately they stopped lifting phone and auto reply of mail, i am getting like they are shifting their office. We are really cheated, please help otherwise it’ll be too delay and these frauders will run away and they are still making cheat to others.

                              I m Poonam Acharekar from Badlapur, I have received a call on 24/11/2018 from Grand tourio informing me that I have own 3 free gifts for which for which I have to attend a 45 min presentation, we decided to attend it.on reaching there Ms Komal attended us on the table, she tried to convince us for Indian and abroad holiday, she told us that it's one day offer, you have to take it or leave it, we left the offer as it was beyond our financial ability .but in mean Time we have paid Rs 10000 as an advance by my debit card to their ICICI bank account but we had decided not taken any membership because of our family issues.

                              Request to you please cancel my membership & also refund my money on urgent basis.

                                At the time of membership on 12.11.2017, the company promise me two minutes movie tickets, candle light dinner (With pathetic customer service) now for booking the holidays they simply denying the request without proper check of last holidays utilised. At the time of enrollment they told in half amt of membership we can avail 3 year membership service i/o 6 years with 6nights (Even in 3 years), but now denied to avail only for 3 nights i/o 6 nights. Not even bother to call back for customer resolution.

                                Request refund my hard earned money.

                                  I have taken the membership on 24dec18. They have committed to me they ll provide me assistance as well they will give me the freebies within 20 days.
                                  Almost after 3 months of waiting i didn't got any assistance from them. I have cancelled my membership on 25 march they said me i ll received the mail immediately and the amount with in 45 days.
                                  No mail has been received, when i m trying to contact them on there landline no one is picking up.
                                  It's a pathetic company not worth it at all and the attitude of there staff is also very lazy.

                                    We had an agreement with grand tourio on 3rd may 2017 for 6 years. As conveyed by grand tourio to us, the company will provide us 2 free movie tickets till our agreement is valid.
                                    But when i requested them to provide movie tickets, they replied me stating that agreement is over and hence they won't be able to provide the service to us.
                                    I have sent them agreement copy and membership certificate, but they not even bother to reply. I also suggested them to refund my payment to terminate the contract, but still they are not replying.

                                    I think they are just making people fool. And their intention is just to earn money in illegal way.

                                      I was given membership in may 2018 by promising 0 % emi facility if payment made through credit card card.
                                      However since the said facility was not
                                      Given to me i denied to avail of services
                                      And requested for refund of membership fees after long period refund of fees was
                                      Approved by the company on 29/01/2019
                                      And was assured to receive the payment within 45 days.
                                      However till date i have not received my
                                      Hard earned money which i've paid the
                                      Company on 9/5/2018. I have to suffer heavy losses.

                                        Hello all,

                                        This have been really ridiculous experience we have paid more than one lac in one swipe we promised for many services from them like free tours domestic and international movie tickets dinner etc they promised me dinner for 6 persons and now they are denying and they are saying we only provide for 2 persons this is rediculous how come you guys promised your customers services which you cannot fulfill of them services which they had paid hard earned money, guys this company is fully mafias and it's a big racket don't get fooled by them lots of people are hunted by grand tourio please make them aware of this so no one will suffer like us,

                                        This is the worst company i have seen in my life .and the costomer care people they r thinking that other people is fool to calling them.and marketing manager mr.Rishi he is useless person to help the customer.i m going to file complaint against this that u r fraud people and taking money from customer .very very bad staff and company also fraud .
