Myself neha prajapati i took the membership of grand tourio from thane.
I tried to book the movie tickets on [protected]@grandtourio.com but i am not getting any reply from them finally i have took the tickets by my own money. I think this seems to be a fake company wherein you promise to get the offers. But we need to follow on this. The service seems to be worst.
I need to cancel this membership and get the money back soon.
Neither of you grandtourio people picks the phone and all.

I was taken membership of grand tourio holiday solutions pvt. Ltd on 26 may 2017.

At the time of taking membership, zubeda has promise for below points:
1. When you go for outing, you require additional room then you will get 50 to 60% discount.
2. You will get 2 movies ticket every months till membership expire.
3.. You will get candle dinner every months till membership expire
4. You can get ac hall/party hall/banquet halls free of cost once in a year.
5. Rs 67, 500.00 to pay for 3 year and after that if you want to extend member additional 3 year you have to pay balance amount.

From above points 2 & 3 is ok and other points false promise by sales representative.

Recently i have sent a mail to reservation tem for 2nd year hotel booking. I got revert from grand tourio holiday solutions pvt. Ltd stating first pay balance amount to enjoy benefit for 2nd year.

I have pay rs 67, 500.00 for 3 years already.

I was promised by the company manager (Akram) that i can avail holiday’s upto 6 days and 7 nights once in a year in a hotel/resort of my choice from the date of membership for 12 years with complimentary 3 weeks of national holidays and a list of many more added benefits like 2 movie tickets per month, one complimentary air fryer, and candle light dinner one’s a year anywhere except hotel taj. I paid rs.30000/- for the same. Now the issues are till date iam not getting my membership number which they said you will get by 27jan.. After that i can book my tour... So basically this is fraud company and making people fool specially mr. Akram... So called manager of the company... I need my money back or otherwise give me tour package which these guys told us at the time of payment...5star hotel... Blaaa...

I was promised by the company manager (Tajes) that i can avail holiday’s upto 6 days and 7 nights once in a year in a hotel/resort of my choice from the date of membership for 12 years with complimentary 3 weeks of national holidays and a list of many more added benefits like 2 movie tickets per month, one complimentary air fryer, and candle light dinner one’s a year anywhere except hotel taj. I paid rs.157500/- for the same. Now the issues are as below:

1) i had asked holidays for lonavala on the month of december at a particular resort “machan” which was shown to me while selling me the package and they straight away declined stating that not available during that period and after sending multiple emails & making several calls to their customer care & doing lot of follow-ups, they failed to provide me the hotel

2) now when i asked the clarification over their services like:

• please provide me list of hotels you have tie up and where are your services across globe - they failed to provide the response instead of that mailed me you just mail us your tour plan and we will provide list of hotels (But while selling they clearly mentioned the big 4star-5star property name nationally and internationally they have tie up with
• they have promised me providing air flyer gift within 15 days-but till now i haven’t got that
• they also promised about candle light dinner every year - & when asked for it they gave us a list of hotels with normal buffet dinner instead of candle light dinner and forced me to choose form the list only on top of it still i am waiting for the conformation from them
• they have promised that you will get your membership card within 45days - and still i am waiting for the same
• when asked for the transparency of heavy charges i have paid from my hard earn income (About your std. Rate should be mentioned anywhere in public domain like website and all - they have failed to provide me any justification

3) i wanted to visit mini kerala on 15th feb 2018 to 20th feb 2018 for which i have already booked tickets in advance and asked them for my tour plan on 11th of january 2018 (~one month in advance) to which firstly after one week they have provided me a list of three hotels for each location which was not what has been promised at all and on top of it charging me extra of what they mentioned on the agreement. When i asked for better rated hotels/resorts, they promised to provide me the same but still till date 24th jan 2018 i haven’t received any communication on the same and they say for your tour plan please mail us before 15-20 days prior. At the time of presentation they had promised any 4/5 star hotels/resorts of my choice any time of the year. They are cheating innocent people and looting their money by giving false promises

4) on they welcome mail service offerings they mentioned that:

• they will provide free pickup and drop service form the nearest airport
• they will provide up cab service with driver for free for sightseeing you just have to bear fuel charges
Now when i asked same for my kerela trip they provided me a cab service with an quotation of 9900/- staying km will be calculated from garage at cochin to cochin – this clearly states that they promise something and offers something which is not at all promised.

5) i have asked for booking a movie ticket for this 26th of jan 2018, to which they replied it is in process and till now no response

6) i also called up tejas (Senior manager), support team member jayesh and sajnay, reservation team member muzammil, and many more, who was there during the presentation, to resolve my issue regarding the holiday but later he started refusing & not answering my calls & after that i had no option other than sending several mails to cancel my membership & refund my money since they were not providing the services as promised, they denied on refunding my money even after accepting their mistake about giving fake promises to customers

I had purchased a holiday membership from grand tourio, andheri branch on 18th nov 2017. I was promised by the company sales executive mr. Vivek and ms shahin that to pay 150000/- for an emi of 36 months through credit card with no extra processing fee and interest. A flat 150000/- would be converted on emi for 36 months. Agreeing to this, we purchased the membership and swipe my credit card. Mr. Vivek swiped my card for amount rs. 135000/- and told us that rs. 15000/- is 10% cashback. Now the issues here are

1. They didnt converted the amount on emi.
2. Asked me to do so by calling hdfc credit card department.
3. When i spoke with hdfc credit card person, he told me that you would be charged processing fee rs. 1593/- and interest rs. 39, 499/-
4. When the above point 3. Clarified with mr. Vivek, he asked me to convert the amount and send the details of extra interest to company on [protected]@grandtourio.com for refund.
5. Agreeing to him and the photo send by him from ms shahin mobile no., i converted the amount on emi for 36 months and when the details of interest alongwith processing fee received from hdfc bank, i have forwarded the same to [protected]@grandtourio.com email id.
6. I received a reply from mr. Sanjay to your query has been forwarded to mr. Vivek. I asked mr. Sanjay that mr. Vivek only told me to do so and hence requested a refund.
7. After few days, mr. Sanjay called me and told mr. Vivek is in village and your query has been forwarded to ms shahin. I told him that i have already spoken with mr. Vivek and he asked me to send the details of interest to [protected]@grandtourio.com.
8. Now, after a week mr. Sanjay is replying on email saying that 10% refund was provided in the form of cashback when you swiped for membership and we will not provide full amount of interest charged to you.

I asked them to cancel my membership for which they are saying it is not possible and the amount is non-refundable.

Further, they cancelled my membership and refunded only the amount rs. 135000/- and all other charges such as processing fee, interest and preclosure amount passed on to me.

While giving me the cheque the sales executive mr. Vivek agreed to pay the extra amount and said company will deduct the same from our salary and pay it to you.

Now after 2 weeks, mr. Vivek is not responding and giving the amount rs. 10, 140/- which i had already paid to hdfc bank for the closure.

The company vertical head mr. Rajan is saying that the company is not liable and you can do whatever you want against mr. Vivek.

I have always filed a fir against mr. Vivek. Please be careful and don't ever go to this company.

We were called to the office by saying that they are giving the gifts for lucky coupons. After we went there they gave us false promises and got us paid with 1, 35000 rs. They told that they will convert this amout into emi after they communicate with bank. But now i received my credit card bill as a full amount i paid. I called mr. Tejas karalkar (Ph. [protected]) yesterday and i asked him why this had happened. He said that he asked the bank to convert this amount into emi and he doesn't how it had happened. He forcefully cut the call saying that he will call the costumer care and get back to me. After then i called him like 25 times and he kept on cutting the calls. Now he permenantly blocked my number. Now i am very worried that i lost the huge amount after listening to their false promises. Please help me out of this situation.

We have taken the membership of holiday package from grand tourio holiday solutions pvt. Ltd. By paying 1, 12, 500/-. On presentation they promised lot of free services and took the money before showing their agreement and rules and regulations to us. But when we really asked for services they totally denied everything they have promised to us.

They never provide the services what have been told. When we asked for refund they completely denied by saying we have signed the legal agreement and in that clearly written 'amount is not refundable'.

We are trying hard to get our hard earned money back. Lot of customers who got cheated by this fraud company.

I have bought membership on 12 nov 2017 with paid rs. 56250/- for 4 years membership now i m trying to book my movie and hotel in hyderabad. They are not responding at all they promised. And also not attend my phone. After many time call i. E.10-12 phone call and attend my pn. But not provide the details/information of my booking.
They told me all fake promises and after they said they will give us microwave oven and welcome kit still i didn't get anything it's a big scam it's a big trap guys come together for legal action.
This company is all lie they have looted lot of people money.

I had purchased membership with "grand tourio" in the month of october, 2017. I had paid the amount of rs. 15, 000/- as membership charges and they asked me to pay rest amount as installments on which i agreed to them.
Later due to some health issues i ask them to cancel my membership and refund my amount, on that the agreed and told us that after approval you will get refund within 7 working days.
Since we didn't got any refund from last 20 days i m contacting them they are refusing to talk with me. The concern person i meet is mr. Sanjay makhwana, they are now giving excuses for not answering the phone call.

Kindly help into this.

On 22.12.2017 i went to viviana mall.in max shop i buy some cloth cashier offered me coupon and fill that coupon on next day i received call from your executive name mr. Samad patel, he told me that you won three gifts 1). 3 days and 2 night package free. 2) kitchen set 3) voucher.

Yesterday on 23/12/2017 i visited your branch in thane. There i meet miss. Meenakshi and miss. Ravina they fooled me. Instead of giving me my gifts they started explaining that you get five star hotel, club and movie ticket and all. Then they demand me rs 150000/- i told them i dont that much cash. Ok then you pay 75000 and offer 10% discount. Then i make payment by two credit card by star tata card i pay 50000 and by hdfc card 17500.

They given false commitment that they have not provide me any kind of three days and 2 night package and house appliance like oven.

First they make me pay the amount and then they sign the agreement in that they have mention the purchase price of rs 150000 less with discount 10% 67500 and balance 675000. Then i asked them you mention 150000 in the agreement then miss. Ravina say that you no need to pay other payment you are eligible for domestic tour. S

Same day i check on website this company is fuard. Don't trust them

On 17.12.2017 i went to metro mall one of executive of grand tourio pvt ltd was present just near entrance of metro mall in kalyan. He offered me coupon and fill that coupon on next day i received call from the executive name komal, she told me that you i won three gifts 1). 3 days and 2 night package free. 2) kitchen set 3) voucher.

Yesterday i visited the branch of grand tourio in thane. There i meet rakesh yadav and nisha they fooled me. Instead of giving me my gifts they started explaining that you get five star hotel, club and movie ticket and all. Then they demand me rs 50000/- i told them i dont that much cash. Ok then you pay 40000. Then i said i dont have rs 40000 also. Then nisha madam told me i[censored] pay we will give air filter appliances. Yes asked me for credit card.
They given false commitment that they have not provide me any kind of three days and 2 night package. I had 20 k in two transaction 1st paymnet is 15 k and 2nd payment 5k. The executive is forcing me to pay. They told me u just need to pay only 35k for a 6 year.
First they make me pay the amount and then they sign the agreement in that they have mention the purchase price of rs 150000 less rs 20000 and balance 130000. Then i asked them you mention 150000 in the agreement then mr rakesh yadav you need to pay only balance 15 k.
Same day i check on website this company is fuard. I don't go further with you. I want to cancelled this agreement. Please help me

Today, i got cal from this ppl by saying that you are the winner of lucky 20members who took coupons in shopper's stop by yesterday at viviana mall.
The executive said that, just come at flower valley and collect 3gifts :
1. Kitchen article set
2. Holiday package
3. 99k discount coupons of various brands

I checked thin forum to get to know the reviews about them so i got to know that this company is fraud.
Again i got the call that they want the couple who ll come there to collect the gifts. I asked them lot of questions to that executive and seniors. They have failed to give answers to me. I told them, if i get a single call from you then i ll do police complaint against you guys. Then she disconnected my call.

I have bought membership 1 month ago paid 125000/- for 6 years membership now i m trying to book my dubai tour they are not responding at all they promised five star hotels now they are giving me two star cheap hotels
Harish aarif and ravina they told me all fake promises and after they said they will give us dryer and welcome kit still i didn't get anything it's a big scam it's a big trap guys come together for legal action
This company is all lie they have looted lot of people money guys we should lodge a case against them we should fight together

I have purchased membership from grand tourio for international tour i have paid full amount now i want to book international tour of dubai but they are not giving me proper response
I spoke to harish aarif and ravina at the time of booking they commited me all 5 star hotels worldwide but now they are offering cheap hotels 2 or 3 star i m regreting y i paid full money one time
These people are fraud they are all scammers
Everyday i email i call but they never give proper response
Lot of people are trapped in this guys we should not keep quiet we should lodge a complaint

I was promised my dream holidays abroad and in india in only 5 to 7 star properties with all inclusive no extra charges and while signing agreement all the promised were not in the agreement but there were so many conditions that were contradictory to what was promised to me. I was promised by top manager in office vivek that this was a standard contract papers and for me another contract with all inclusive facilities will be provided immediately.

But i was shocked to find out that after money was paid no one didn't even take my phone call forget about calling back or even replying my emails.

Tejas karalkar was the one who guided us through the plans and gave us the exact holiday we were looking for. Excellent personal professional service by tejas who helped throughout.

We had no problems at all as long as you get it spelt out exactly what you are getting with for the price they have quoted we found them fine to deal with.

All our tickets arrived well in time and everything went according to the plan.

Thanks for all your help tejas, fabulous value for money we paid.. Highly recommend!!

I received call on 03 nov 2017. Person was telling that i have win three gifts & to collect those gift he had given me adress.
Actually it was grand tourio sells office. Office is just to give wrong information. They dont even give you time to think anything. They will give you so many offers. I was asked to pay 20000 rs initially and then they will provide me 4 days 3 nights holiday as complimentary just to check the service.
I will mention the names of persons i visited afterwards.
Actually they will swipe your credit cards first then give bond papers to sign. They will not give single minute to read that bond.
Afterwards when you call them to ask anything first of all they will not receive your call. And by chance they received your call then they will ask you to pay complete money.
They will tell you they haven’t told anything about complimentary offers.
They will not return money at any cost.
Totally fraud company.
And shame on those sells representatives.

I got a call from zoya ([protected]) saying that i won a free gifts that i need to collect from thane office (Grand tourio, 2nd floor, y building, flower valley, opp to viviana city mall, thane (W[protected]. For which i have to give my 40 mins regarding my free gifts. But this 40 minutes are nothing but buying their membership. Following promises are made before signing contract,
1. I will get 30% in flight tickets.
2. I will get free accommodation in 4 or 5 star hotels which includes breakfast and lunch/dinner and any other person join us then we need to pay tpc charges which is 1430 per day.
3. I will get free cab for pick and drop plus sight seeing without any charges like driver and fuel charges.
4. I can avail daily and any type of spa for 7 days for me and my wife without any charges and care taker for my kid without any charges.
5. I will get 2 movie tickets free per month that too carry forward if i am not using in any particular month.
6. I will also get banquet hall twice in a year and in which i am only payable for food charges that too i will get 15% off on food charges on bill. Decoration and hall charges are from grand tourio.
7. I can get candle light dinner once in a year.
8. I will also get event tickets like kapil sharma shows and shows like film fare awards.
9. I can plan my holiday trip in all season irrespective of holiday season or season likes 31st december.
10. They have tie-up with all the banks and hotels across india excluding taj hotel.

I took the membership on 5th nov 2017.

These all are promises made by ranjal, harish and arif.
In agreement they were not mentioned about these promises and when i asked them then they told me this is one day offer hence not included in agreement. But they are ready to mail me all these promises but till now i haven't received any mail from them about these promises.

My total amount was 56, 250 (For 6 years) which they told me to pay in 36 months as an emi of 1562 per month so they took my card to swipe 1562 only but they took entire amount and told me that this swipe machine is automatic convert your amount in to emi.

Now when i am trying to call them i will always get answers like i am on leave today or talk to person who gave all these promises.

I had couple of meetings with their director, but they denied on refunding my money even after accepting their mistake about giving fake promises to customers, for which i have ample proof as well.

I would request you to take my complaint and help me to cancel my membership & to get my money refunded which was paid towards the membership.
