We visited to grand tourio holiday solutions pvt. Ltd. Thane office as per their request for presentation and on that day, whatever they have explained, we taken the membership with reference to membership no.[protected], booking amount 25, 000 rs. On the same day and balance amt paid on 15th march-18. We did not received any membership documents till feb-18, and when we enquire for the same it is been told that after paying the full amt. Only, you will received the kit along with assured gift. Than we paid our balance payment on 15th march, despite of several calls they were not picking the calls and finally we visited their office than only they agreed upon to assure to sent the kit and assured gifts. But again, they did not sent anything. We opted microwave as a part of assured gift but they were giving the wrong justifications and stated that we have already dispatched the gift along with kit but we did not received anything, after our so many calls than again they agreed to send the kit and gift but same story repeated again. That u’ll receive very soon. Than we frequently visited their offices on sundays than in place of microwave they given us air fryer, which was not demanded by us. But as they were giving false commitments, we took air fryers in the month of sept-18 and we received the docs by 15 days later. Where our balance paid amt of membership was written through pencil on the old invoice, from that time only, we are chasing with them to refund our money as they are looking fraud and we don’t want be member of this company. But still they are not replying. As movie tickets and candle light dinner is the part of the membership for each month, i asked to book the candle light dinner in jodhpur rajasthan, but they denied to book it and told that in only mumbai, we can avail this facility, and i again asking for candle light dinner on the month of nov-18 that are saying server is not working, they are not booking the same stated that they have a server problem. I don’t t think any server problem can stretch up to 2-3 months and any company can servive with problem so longer period. I do have the club mahindra membership, and we did 3 holidays with them and we know that about the hospitality and customer and service provider relations. With comparison to that grand tourio is totally fraud company. I think, we are cheated from them, requesting to please help on the issues for getting refund our hard earned money. This is similar to any other fraud company, this is our hard work earned money and we are really being cheated, please somebody help to get our money back from these cheaters.
