Grand Tourio — regarding emi facility

Hi Grand Turio Team

We Took a membership in the Month of April 2017 for 3 years of 62, 500 Rs, it has been told that we will get EMI Option for which we have submitted the form as well, but EMI is not enable and now my credit card bill amount is very huge, have asked aakash from grand turio regarding the same, he told me to coordinate with indusind band for the same, though it was not my duty but still i did it and have dropped a mail to [protected]@grandturio.com stating all financial details, but there is no response infact i dropped many mail to support regarding awaiting response but they didn't bother to reply, when i dropped a mail regarding cancellation of membership then i got a call, but still matter is not resolved

Mr Manoj Mishra ( So Called sales head ) kindly cancel my membership as your services are pathetic and you all make promises while taking membership but you all are not professional to keep the promises
