Dear Sir/Madam, This is very regretfully inform you about the worse purchase experience of a Whirlpool 1.5 ton AC Split window on dated 03/01/2016 from your Great Eastern Salt Lake Branch which is still yet to deliver. As a senior citizen I am very helpless to deal with your officials who are not willing to co-operate to deliver the same in due time.
