[Resolved]  GTPL — DELAY IN TRANSFER

I am Asif Kaliwala my user ID is asifkaliwala. I had taken Broad band connection at my earlier residence 53, Aarzoo Bunglows near Ashiyana duplex Tandalja sunpharma road Vadodara, I am using GTPL Broadband since last 8 Months and same was renewed month before and for renewal I have paid 3700 repees. Thereafter I shifted to 3/104 Pan Residency besides Yug complex Tandalja sunpharma road Vadodara, which within one kilometer distance from the earlier residence. I have requested customer care on 25th Oct'2014 to register request and arrange to provide services at new address and that request was not taken and even service not provided. After that I have contacted Mr. Pramod (Area sales manager) on 01.11.2014 and paid shifting charges 560/- along with copy of pan card and application for the shifting mentioning earlier and new address. Now today i received a call from Mr. Pramod (Area sales manager) that company is not agree to shift on the basis of pan card and written application and they required rent agreement for the new address. I have requested them to proceed for connection on the basis of submitted documents and later on will submit rent agreement in a week and for that also company denying for service. I have also requested them to close the service and pay REFUND amount of 5 month as internet service used for one month after renewal. I request you to please intervene in this case and either arranges to provide immediate service or close the service with REFUND of remaining months + 560 shifting charges paid on 01.11.2014. Actually GTPL is not wrong for asking rent deed. You are supposed to provide it. BUT till you submit required documents and GTPL agrees to relocate services, GTPL is also not supposed to collect shifting charges Rs 560/-. Once company accepts shifting charges, it is the right of the customer to get services... D P Thakar

ZEE TV is not available since 7 days

Facing problem since 7days on the particular channel ZEE TV & ZINDAGI. Kindly resolve this issue as no one is supporting even from internal team as well.
