[Resolved] GTPL — Shifting of broadband to another location

I had registered a request for shifting broadband to another location on 30 june 2014. And paid of money for shifting 560 rs. But this is 13 th day not response has been given from gtpl . I called several times to gtpl but they say that they putting forward message every time i called there is a same answer . Now what to do

I had registered a request for shifting broadband to another location on 18 th October 2021 But they said with in 7 days it will done but till
Today not at done I called costumer care but no response has been given from gtpl . I called several times to gtpl but they say that they putting forward message every time i called there is a same answer . Now what to do
