GTPL — Speed slow and failed connection

I have gtpl broadband connection. My gtpl registered number [protected]. At ahmedabad. I have paid 4500 rs to gtpl which provide 175 gb for 1 year at 4 mbps speed. There is a kind o[censored]nsatisfactory issue with gtpl. I have complained at around 30 times within a month regarding my wifi speed and connection error. . I have to complain every 2 - 3 day per week. When i complain regarding wifi speed and failed connection, they always register my complain but after 2 - 3 days they close my complain without solving problem. Though my browsing speed is 4 mbps, i usually get less than 1 / 4 speed. There is no connection since last 2 day. I request you to solve this problem for me. And contact gtpl regarding my wifi speed and connection error.

I also have a GTPL fiber optic connection with a plan of 60 mbps. My download speed is good but upload speed is not even 1 mbps. I have complaint many times and raised tickets through their android app portal but every time their staff is just closing my tickets without giving any proper resolution. I request you to kindly resolve my internet speed issue at the earliest. Due to this covid 19 pandemic I am working from home and running my office from home itself as it affects my work due to this speed issue.
