      I filled convocation form of diploma in GTU website on 06/12/2020 and had done a payment of RS 300. The payment failed and money was also deducted. And the convocation hasn't filled yet. So i tried calling on GTU helpline number but no one is answering the phone. The order number : CON992295.

        I had paid fees for convocation application for BE. But the transaction is failed and 500 Rs. has been deducted from my account. Now if i check payment status it says try again. It is fraud by gtu. I need my 500 Rs. Refund.

          I was filling convocation form, my payment of rs 300 is deducted twice from my bank's account and even form hasnt filled yet. no one is recieving call on helpline number i tried many times. so please refund my payment as soon as possible. total 600 rs is deducted from my account on 7/12 at 1:25pm

              In last exam form feeling i payed the fees and session exceed notification shown on screen and fees debited from my account but form does not submit same process repeat 2nd time and amount debited but exam firm does not submit. And then after 1 day automatically form submitted 3 times fees paid 3 times. I want my refund of two times more debited amount which is 1200.

                Hello,
                I am Singh Anshu Narendra Singh,[protected] from GEC, Dahod. I had paid exam fees on 21 Nov. The first two times when I paid through my BOB debit card, the transaction got failed but the amount has been deducted and not refunded yet. Then the 3rd time I paid with my brothers debit card then it was successfully completed.

                I am attaching my passbook statement for your reference.

                Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                  Hello sir, i`m from surat, gujarat. I took admission for the diploma in bhagwan mahavir college in the year of 2016 after paying the fees of the first semester and then two months later i left the college due to personal problems but till now those persons have not cancelled my admission and all they were telling me was that come back tomorrow and till this day these people have not returned my documents to me. 2 months ago i went to get my document back but these people did not return my document and said that you have not cancelled your admission. I have to apply for a passport and i already told about this to college but they did not give me my documents so how i can apply for a passport? Please help me. Thank you.

                      Respected sir, you might be aware of the current situation and also with the fact that since march we have not gone to school. Also due to improper connectivity many of the students like me were not able to attend even the online lecture. And the teachers were not also much intrested in studing the students. They were much concern about completing the syllabus so what they did. But you please donot do so... Try to understand the problem we are not prepared for offline examination neither the parents...

                        As per Government Technological University notification all students have to fill exam form online and pay fees on gtu portal. So on first try I have paid for fees but my transaction cancelled then I paid again successfully. But I have been charged for one exam fees twice. So I want GTU refund my one transaction fees to my account.

                          I paid the fees for MBA sem 3. My payment once got section time out so i have to pay the fees again. But my money got deducted from my account twice.                             At the time of online exam that taken by gtu I can't give exam of one subject because of technical fault from gtu.

                            So I contacted gtu and gtu conduct my exam as offline bassis

                            Now it's almost one month from offline exam gtu can't give me result and gtu declared remedial exam form for me also.

                            Without result gtu declared me as a fail in exam

                            Due to gtu fault I lost too many things.

                            I am placed in MNC company "einfochip" due to backlog I lost that opportunity because gtu

                            I am sent mail on 23 November to gtu but gtu can't responding and not do anything for this problem

                                My money was deducted from account 4 times for the fee payment of winter exam form 2020 sem 5. When i do payment for fees i tried for first time and they say that session time exceeded and second time also same and third time they said that no valid user session.                                     Current this year in india covid-19 start from march-2020 and this situation all study institute done online study, whole all semester 3, 5, 7 study online and after above all 3 semester final exam do by offline process but you think when above all 3 semester full semester study done by online so every student can not understand study online study and gtu say this final exam done offline mode but when student can not under stand study online process so we requeste please this semester final exam done by online exam process so student can some relex, and present covid-19 not gone from our country and present situation all student geather in college for offline mode exam and some student infected by covid-19 so who was responsible that time? Can GTU take this responsibility ?
                                    I once again request to GTU this semester final exam will take online process.

                                      This is to complaint you that the website https://metricsinfotech.com/, Creation Date:[protected]T12:36:05Z, Domain Name: METRICSINFOTECH.COM, , , is cheating or blackmailing many people by assigning online work from home & then asks to pay 37, 950/- INR. through fake legal notice(attached for your review).
                                      Many people are found harassed or blackmailed by them & tried to attempt suicide cause of it. Hence,
                                      We hereby request you kindly look into this matter on priority to save many lives & get them penalized who doing such kind of blackmailing activities.
