I have filled online application form for degree certificate for covocation that is to be held in december 2018. I have made payments 3 times but still i am not getting any confirmation mail. After the payment the site does not redirect me to the confirmation page too. Since today 28 november 2018 was the last day to submit the application. Please provide me with the solution to my problem. Thank you.

I have filled my degree certificate form offline in november 2018 from Gujarat university and yet i don't have received my convocation certificate to my address. now i don't know what to do can any one help with this situation.
