Haier — Extended warranty

My name is prakash mishra i had purchased a led 39inch led tv from value plus showroom in sunderpur varanasi at the time of purchased the sales person had told me that with this led tv you will get 5yrs normal warranty on the basis of which i had purchased the tv and after that they had given me a scarch card after scar aching i get 2yrs extended warranty, then they had said that total you will get 7yrs warranty on your led tv.

Now when i confirmed about my warranty in haier toll free number they had said that you will get only 3yrs warranty and 2yrs warranty of scarch card will not be valid but i had purchased the led tv on dated-29/10/2016.

Plz take action against valur plus showroom otherwise i will go to customer forum.
