I has been purchased a split AC 1.5 Ton from Electronics Centre PVt Limited, Ajit Banerjeet Building, Nachan Road, Benachity, Durgapur -13 (West Bengal ) on 7th April/2022 vide Invoice No. 106/MBO/22-23 with three free serviceing during one year from the date of purchase. During the one year from 7th April/2022 one free service has been carried out by service centre. The validity of one year has already completed on 07th Apr/2023 but on 04/04/2023 a call was received that our mechanics going to your home for AC servicing tomorrow but no any personnel come a home for servicing on 05/04/2023 . I made repeated call to them and answered our mechanics are busy. hen i am created SR #:RB[protected] and on 27/04/23, 28/04/23 phone call received from service center that if our mechanics can be attended the ac service on paid service not free service.
2. In view of above, please tell me AC free service can be availed by me for my split AC or otherwise . It is not may fault as your mechanics are not attend timely among the warranty period of one year of split AC as per terms and condition of Haier Company Pvt Ltd .
3. Request inform about the matter and in future such harassments will be kept in mind for purchase of Haier appliances
