Haier India Deep Freezer — Constant issues with double door Refrigerator | |
We have bought a Haier double-door refrigerator in 2018. From after just 6months itself, there are continuous issues. Now the refrigerator completely stopped working. We are spending around[protected] INR every year on this refrigerator since the first year. Everyone says the compressor has one year warranty and charging us. We have used other brand fridges (Samsung and voltas) before but never faced any issues till 10years. We recently had to book service on a different platform since haier personnel was not available during the pandemic. That also costed us 2200 but now again there is an issue and the refrigerator stopped working. When I complained about this, they have sent me a service person and again it's costing us 4000INR. I'm not sure it will still be resolved. Even then it is like I almost spent more than the refrigerator cost (50k or more) since these three years. We have been patient but this is so unreliable and a waste of money. I don't suggest Haier products to anyone. It's not a trusted brand in India...
