Haier India Deep Freezer — Sold damaged 4 door refrigerator

Respected sir,
This is to inform you that I have purchased a four door fridge from Great Eastern, Tollygunge, kolkata. From the second day tthe fridge started showing problems and it deteriorated. Hence it had ti be replaced with a fresh piece. Even after that the fridge started showing problems and nowit had been just a year and some days, the problem worsened. I was informed by the service man that the weather of Kolkata is not suitable for this refrigerator. I WAS NOT INFORMED OF THIS WHEN I WAS BUYING. This reflected a callous behavior from the company's side and it has just been a year the board of the fridge is damaged and the executives of the company behaved rudely with my mother and behaved as if I purchased it for free.
I need a quick fix to this matter or else I am open to compete in Consumers forum. And for your reference Mr Nirmalya Chatterjee was the person who behaved rudely. And I want my compensation.
