Haier — Service issue

I have purchased Haier AC for my house on 27-Dec 2014. I was told to call the customer service for claiming my 3 free services.On 19th April i called the Haeir toll free number [protected] and registered my service request with ID No:SU[protected] and was told that within 24 hours our technician will be at your door step. Yesterday on 22nd April i again called the customer service for not getting any service from their end and again i was told within 24 hours you will get it on priority basis. I am writing this mail after those 24 hours as still no technician has visited my house. I never expected such service form a Brand Name like Haier. I will never suggest Haier to any of my friends or relatives.
