    Sir I had purchased a semi automatic washing machine of hair from Spencer lucknow up and at the time of purchase the sales man told me that it covers 2 years complete warranty and 5 year motor warranty but when I longed a complaint regarding drawyer than your service executive told me that it cover only one year warranty and charged me rs 1305 for repair of machine including service charge. It is a case of cheating so I wish you will take a strong action against your service centre. Thanks suraj singh ph +91-[protected]

      Dear All, I purchased a washing machine Model No. XPB82-0187S from Ashoka Enterprises, jayanti Market, M. I. Road, Jaipur – 302001 vide cash memo no. 72642 dated 08.02.2014. You praised its quality, stability and functioning. You supplied me with a guarantee card for a period of five year (as mention on body of Machine) in case any difficulty arises in due course. To the surprise of all, the washing machine did the best service for a few months but now it has ceased functioning. Its washing machine system does not work and does not wash the clothes. It looks as if some fault has crept into it. I have complaint many times. The first dryer stared squeaky noise. Haier sent the technician and he set the dryer bolt properly. No drama. The second started to do a squeaky noise and sounded like a bolt or hook inside just broke in dryer after a couple of months. The technician came again and they again set the dryer motor and alignment. No drama. After few months washer motor was rotating only one direction. I have complaint Haier toll free number i.e. JA[protected] dated 11.02.2015. Haier sent technician and repair it. No drama. Now the washing machine is not working and I have book complaint to Haier toll free number i.e. JA[protected] dated 08.03.2015. Haier executive call to me and asked me about problems of washing machine, I told to him washing machine not working and it looks that motor of washing machine will be burn. He told me that it is out of warranty and disconnects the call without hear single word of my. Number of Haier executive is +91 – [protected]. By all these kind of faults, the reputation of Company is falling day by day. Please take necessary action and get your customers satisfied. Thanks & Regards, Jagdish Prasad Kanodia

        Dear sir, I was brought a mobile(haierc380)on 18/07/14 that day itself handset problem issues keyboard and chargeing off .I gave that handset to where I was purchased on 26/09/14 he said I give this to authorized service centre. after that he gave me authorized service job sheet no 12689 on the date 03.11.14 here CMB/HE/14/00066 still he side board complaint .haier company they not send like that. 6 month gone still mobile not ready .

          This is regards to a service request no mentioned in the subject line which was raised on 16th of February 2015. It is the re installation of the water heater which was purchased on 2010 as i had moved to a new house. I was told the tat is 24 hrs, but the same was not rectified after 6 days. I had called the customer care almost 25 to 30 times to follow up. Every time it was told that within 24 hrs it will be done but all in vain. Meanwhile on 19th night when i called the customer care, I came to know that my service request was been rejected by the service center as i refused to pay. But as i mentioned that neither the technician had called me nor he had visited my place. It proves that your technician had miscommunicated the whole thing. Please treat this as a formal complaint against the particular technician as ha had misguided both the customer and the company. Also if my problem does not get rectified within 24 hrs from the time of sending this, i will not have any option other than to go to consumer forum and lodge a formal complaint against Haier.

            I had purchased a geyser (water heater) WH ES25V-M3(H) on 18.12.2014 from Sahu Agencies Pvt Ltd Patrakarpuram Gomti Nagar Lucknow. The same was installed by your authorised engineers / technicians next day. However, on intermediary night between 3-4 February 2015 at 2.30 AM the geyer fell down having 25 ltrs hot water in it. Fortunately, no major casualty happened. The fall could be due to either basic design problem or poor workmanship by your engineers / technicians. In either circumstances it is extremely risky to get it installed again. Your service center Alliance Services has informed that front panel has damaged and asked for new from HO. UNDER CIRCUMSTANCES I CANNOT TAKE ANY MORE SUCH HIGH RISKS AGAIN, HENCE REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE TAKE YOUR INSTUMENT BACK AND REFUND ME FULL AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY

              Dear Sir/madam My Haier led tv was not working last 1 months. i did register complain in haier service center with complain # given below: 11 dec- HI[protected] 1 jan GH[protected] 8 Jan - GH[protected] 10 Jan - GH[protected] Complain registered by Sonu(Mob # [protected]) Branch Service Manager- [protected] (Cheta Vikas) Branch service manager is saying that your LED is not in stock. So we can't help you. I want to file a complain against Haier-India for harassment & compensation. I am also ready to pay amount regarding this. They are not ready to replace my led TV and not ready for refund. So i want my refund 11990/-. kindly help me how to file this case in consumer forum.

                I have purchased a Haier washing machine front load fully automatic. Since day one i am facing problems regarding machine, i have requested technician to replace this faulty machine from first day of purchase, but i was told every time that minor problem is there no need to worry. i have registered complaints to costumer care repeatedly since the purchase of machine. now there is a major problem in washing machine and my request of replacement is not been considered. my washing machine is in warranty and its faulty every year i register 4-5 complaints since 3 years i am doing all this.

                  We purchased one Geyser from M/s New Pankaj Electronics on 24.12.2014 against invoice No.1788.wqith assurance that same will be installed within 24 hours. after 2-3 phone calls/complaints, One Mr. Sachin from Global Services came and asked us that he is not plumber and not sure whether warm water will come or not untill the plumber joins the connections to line. Noticebly, all fitting for Geyser was available and he was to connect the geyser through extension pipes which he refused to do.I was ready to bring to pay him against pipes etc. Ultimately, I had to call the plumber for Geyser installation at a cost of Rs. 500/.I find similar complaints on your site. It looks that company is befooling consumers on the pretention of free installation for selling its products.I hope company management will think on this and refund Rs. 500 through the dealer M/s Pankaj Electronics, Mayur Vihar Phase-1, Delhi 110091.                     Sir / Madam, In connection with the attachment regarding replacement of defected LCD TV, It is informed by your Coimbatore branch that they have completed the process and TV will be dispatched to them from their office at Madurai and i will be receiving it through my dealer M/s Anus Home Appliance at Coimbatore. But, I have not yet received a reply or a replacement from your end even after registering a number of complaints through your website, voice calls to your service point and sales center at Coimbatore and e-mails. I really couldn't believe that "a person from Madurai can reach Coimbatore within 5 hours but a parcel containing LED TV couldn't reach even after 2 weeks". I don't know what is happening at your end in this regard. Please intimate by a return mail, whether you are able to replace the TV immediately or else at least make arrangements to settle the amount through Demand Draft including the additional amount of Rs.1000/- paid for replacement of LED instead of LCD TV plus compensation for delay and other losses incurred without any further delay. I believe that appropriate action will be taken at your end to solve this issue immediately without forcing me to take up this issue to the consumer forum. Note:Please find a copy of my previous complaint letter and replies sent by you in the attachment.

                        My job sheet no is RVSRN1312SKY00090 DATE 19.12.2013 I have a problemin my GC220 MOBILE SET under warranty period i submit my set for repair in companies authorised service center skylark service center at kalyan after one month i called that service center person told me your handset taken by company at delhi for repair and it take much time than after i have called after 4 months but reply is same again after few months i went in service center for my handset show him my jobsheet he told me that we are closed haier service center yo'll check your handset at company It already one year passed but i cant take back my handset i also called the manager mr omkar but he said yo'll check at skylark bt the handset is not there So please take some step for the matter.                           I have raised a complaint of my Haier microwoven on 25th Nov. Below is my complain no :BA[protected] The problem was, the door leaver is broken . So the technician came and told within 2-3 days he will order a new door leaver and fix it up. But it was a lie. He came after 2 weeks and that too with a wrong size leaver. He tried to fix that and he broke the outside frame as well . Now he told further 1 week is required to bring the correct leaver. I am very much upset with this sort of service from Haier . Microwave is a necessary staff in our daily life. I am suffering so much everyday because of this. After repetitive calls & emails i did not get the service from HAIER . My Micro Oven is still in same condition, not working . Today i got Area manager Sanmugam's mobile no & i called him regarding this incident. He clearly said the door parse is made of plastic and it's not available . Request me to sell / exchange my product . My Micro Oven is just 1.1 year old . Just because of 1 parse, how can Haier ask me to do exchange ?. How much price will i get in case of exchange ? On top of that the service engineer came has broken my micro oven frame. Who will take the responsibility for that ? I have purchased the product in 7000, is that just for 1 year then ? Please let me know officially whether it can be fixed or not ? If not write me in email . DSC- Bangalore, Service center guy has came & has broken my Microwave frame . If it's not fixed, i will go and complain to police regarding this. How come some one came & has broken my microwave frame and not taking any responsibility ? Please take appropriate action to make the process faster .

                            Hello team, My family member has gifted me a Haier washing machine in Feb-2011 but not given me bill. It is just 3 year & 10 Months and dryer motor is not working. I need help to replace the dryer motor because the machine is still in warranty period. If your customer does not have bill, in such case company should track the warranty period from serial number & date of manufacturing of machine. Most of the company provides warranty from the date of manufacture to number of guarantee years, if the customer does not have bill. Same i am expecting from Haier. Kindly help me on this. We, GREEN BILT INDUSTRIES PVT LTD ( 28/1 Shakespeare Sarani, Ganga Jamuna Apartment, 4th Floor, Room-44, Kolkata-700017) purchased an air conditioner of your company, brand HAIER 2.0 Ton Split AC, Serial No : (I), (O)0086, Model No-HSU-24LK232-HIL/S on 28-02-14 from Multi-Channel Electronics located at 16, Panchanantala Road, Howrah-711101 on retail payment. 2. Since, last 2 months, the AC has not been functioning properly and its cooling functions have failed. Inspite of the repeated reminders, no one has visited us for repairing the unit as per your existing warranty rules. 3. It is requested that the same may please be repaired at the earliest as it is consistently creating problems in the working atmosphere of our company, otherwise we will be forced to take a serious note of this matter and proceed further to the consumer forum for redressal of our problems.                                 I was told to call the call center and get free installation of geyser within 24hrs. I called the call center no.[protected] and registered for free installation on 9th Nov at around 5pm and was assured that within 24hrs the same shall get done. Request No.PU[protected] Today when i called the call center again in the afternoon they said the same shall be done by 6pm. Again i called at 6.10 pm Mr.Himanshu from call center reverted that wait till 7.30pm, after me getting aggressive he said that the service request was declined. And after some chat with his senior he said that the request was wrongly sent to a different service center and now again fresh request is raised and the same will be done within 24hr. This is pathetic customer service...

                                  I have a problem in my CG220 mobile set on 21/11/2013So I submit my set for repair in Image Service Centre inPatiala on 09/10/2014. After 20-25 days service center person told me Haier service center is close, now your phone is not repaired. you can go to chandigarh for repairing. If i check online is there show the service center at same place.But i still haven't got any response 4m there.                                     Sir, I purchase a Haier microoven dated 18.10.2012 from great eastern, uttarpara branch. From 16.10.2014 the product not working. I am complain to Haier acknlowledge no KO[protected]. Next day a service engineer came to my house & told that the PCB is not working and also told the PCB is not available. On 30.10.2014 the engineer call me, the PCB is on stock & it's price 2200/- . On 31.10.2014 the engineer came to my house & I see the parts is old (PCB) . I am not satisfied the old parts and return and I also complain the area manager Mr. Sandip Ghosh (Cell No.[protected]) & Mr. Ghosh misbehave with me & also told we can't repair your Microwave oven. Sir, I request you, pl arrange a new parts & do the needful.

                                      Hi, I am sorry to inform you the fact that I purchased a Haier Refrigerator on dated 24/09/2014 but it is not working from the date of purchase/use, there is problem in cooling and water dispensing, I have made complain against the circumstances and your representative visited twice named Mr. Bikram ( [protected]), but did not give any positive response, I explained him that reason behind this additional Refrigerator purchased to keep my father medicine mainly, who had just gone for Kidney transplant. I have forwarded him copy of purchase bill to replace the freeze, and received a SMS with request id = K[protected] only till date.
