You can place a request for full cancellation by selecting the option "my flight was cancelled by airline" and submit sms or email screenshot shared by the airline for cancellation, we will process refund request as per airline policyif there is any other query then please write to us again at [protected]@happyeasygo.com

However, when i select the option "my flight was cancelled by airline"the refund amount indicated is "0"which is unacceptable and screen shot of msg by airlines submitted alongwith cancelled boarding pass and ticket details
