HappyEasyGo — i paid 12, 642/-for 2 tickets. and i cancelled tickets. and now they are refunding me only 200.

I booked 2 flight tickets from pune to rajasthan on 6/09/2018. And i cancelled it in half n hr. I paid 12, 642/-. And they are refunding me only 200 rs. Which is not right. They are not sending me details of deduction. And not responding to mails.
Can i register fir against to company?
I expect atlest 9 to10k refund amount. I called their customer service but they say sorry to me. But that was not helpful to me
