HappyEasyGo — Air asia has refunded my money but it's not yet credited to my account by Happy easy go

I have booked Air asia flight for October 2020, but due to Covid I had cancelled the ticket.Its been almost 4 months, my money has been refunded by Airasia but I did not receive money yet.
Happy easy go is a fraud and cheating company. Please help me in getting my money back
