HappyEasyGo — Airline ticket gets cancelled for last 4 months but still refund amount not initiated

I have booked the Indigo airlines flight ticket from Happy Easy Go website and due to some reason I have cancelled the flight ticket for the last 4 months but still refund amount not initiated in my account. Even though The Indigo airline already refunded the ticket amount to the booking agent (Happy Easy Go) account.
Also Customer care helpline and customer service Email handling staff of Happy Easy Go not responding to the querry. My Booking Trip Id[protected]
