[Resolved]  HappyEasyGo — amount paid for booking they cancelled himself and not refund money

Happyeasygo no 1 fraud company cheating to the customer by offering lesser price of the ticket once the amount paid the status shows ticket will be issued within one hour and later the status shows booking cancelled and finally they eat money.
No response from the helpdesk you send mail and call

I book the ticket and my money has not been refunded if it will happen like this trust from online booking site will loose
I strongly request the concern authorities to take immediate action on happy easy go
