HappyEasyGo — cancel air tickets - customer support

I want to cancel my ticket for order id[protected]. Was trying to contact the customer care since morning but didn't received any response from them. Not even a single time their call was connected. And my ticket is of monday and its way too urgent for me to cancel the ticket or i have to pay the amount without doing any mistake. This is not the way to treat the customers like this. Just way too pathetic site to cancel the tickets. Just want my tickets for monday (16th march, 2020) to be cancelled asap.

I request the concern authority to take strict actions on happy easy go.
