I had booked an airline ticket from lucknow to bangalore with them. The date of journey was 15th august. Due to cancellation of the flight my ticket was cancelled by the airline - indigo. Full amount was refunded by indigo in less than 12 hours of intimation.
However, happy easy go did not refund my amount and closed the ticket with zero refund. After more than 10 calls to the customer care and their promises that the issue would be resolved in the next 72 hours, i received partial refund on 16th september. They have no explanation or fare break up to support the partial refund.
Kindly help me with the refund amount as it is really frustrating to be struggling to get your own money. Was this information helpful? |
