Flight booked for April 2019, cancelled due to lockdown. Refund request submitted on 6th Aug, there turnaround time 90days for refund, is it their fathers money. Even after 90 days no refund initiated, no response to emails, Twitter comments, Facebook comments. Customer care takes the call and when asked for refund they stop responding.
