So here is how happy easy go makes money by cheating his customer.
1. I had a credit shell amount of 1, 983/- (Order id:[protected]. I requested for a reissue and it took them 3 days to get back with a fare difference.
2. The flight cost at that point in time was 2795/-. I should be paying the fare difference i. E 812. However, you guys have quoted a fare difference of 1888/- asking me to pay over a 1000 rupees more. The customer care says the server is down. Not sure how they came up with the fare difference if the server was down and they later adjust the fare.
2. Considering it was a medical issue, i paid the charges (Order id:[protected]. Now i am trying to do web check-in and it says booking not found. I spoke to the customer care and they are putting me on hold all the time.
I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with this experience. Cheating your customers won't get you much far. I paid way more than the ticket fare and now i got to know the ticket is not even confirmed. Not sure how i received the eticket from you in the first place.
This is a criminal offense of cheating and i am going to all social media platforms to let people know how you have been cheating your customers. Shame on you Was this information helpful? |
