Hi Samyak, Siddharth, Prateek and all the happyeasygo team,
I just had a discussion with three guy, on the same call, Samyak and Siddhrath from happyeasygo and Mr. Aman from spicejet on the conference call with Samyak.
Since last month, My time is being wasted by happyeasygo, After my ticket got cancelled automatically, I was getting an assured refund by Mr. Pratik, Which didnt happen because pratik didnt hear back from its own lovely backend,
After that I had to escalate this case on this escallation email id, Where someone named Vikas presenting himself as the manager of whole backend assured me the refund within 48 Hrs, After 7 days of nothing, I was assured that you would get your refund plus aditional amount you paid for another ticket once you give us the PNR for another booked ticket.
I couldnt find another ticket yet, Thus asked my own money only which had to updated to me in 7 hrs that day, a week ago, when nothing happened, I again wrote you guys, You replied we need another 48 hrs for that, When nothing happened and I again wrote, Got call from samyak yesterday that give me 2 hrs to confirm this,
Now today after 22 hours of yesterday's call--
Samyak said to me that Sir, We didnt cancel your ticket, Spicejet did. So we have no role in it,
I said, Take spicejet on call, He fortunately did,
Spicejet executive clearly told us that Mr. samyak, We didnt cancel your ticket and neither customer did as there is no logs of such, So you or travelboutique portal cancelled your ticket.
Not just you, any agency we have like makemytrip etc, There is no way we can cancel the ticket as we are not the seller, You are. So only you can cancel the ticket. The website/portal under consideration for cancellation is either you or travelboutique or any entity in your chain. (TravelBoutique entry and knowing about this thing as the one doing the cancellation was heard just now from Aman).
He also clearly stated that customer has no roles/ or anything with spicejet for this cancellation because in that case we always have a log even after 100 years of a cancellation request done.
Now when I told Samyak that now you heard everything from Aman that I have no roles in it, Send me my money which you are keeping, He said that Sir, we can refund only the amount after the penalty, Like he will keep 4500rs penalty and will refund me just the rest,
I said that Mr. Samyak, do you have any sense at all that when now you clearly know that I have no roles in the scene, Its like a fight between you+travelboutique and spicejet, And you want to penalize your customer, Transfer my call to your manager,
He gave the call to Mr. Siddharth, Siddharth also was repeating everything exactly the same and was saying that your money could be on hold, until the issue is resolved at our end, Which doesnt have any time frame, 32 days, all the lies, false commintment and our issue is exactly where it actually was, that noone is saying I cancelled the ticket and you are holding my money.
being extremely hopeless, I felt I need help from legal authorities now, And I requested an address for a legal notice, Siddharth said that take it from our website,
I said him that "First Floor, Plot No.883, Phase V, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram, Haryana-122016", Is this your address, where If I send a legal notice here for this resolution, Will this reach your management and legal team for working things out with a time frame, because there is always a time-value associated with any amount of money. He said, Yes Sir, This is the address, Your notice could reach the right team if received here.
Now, HappyEasyGo/TravelBoutique, I just need a reply from your end that did I mention everything above 100% correct ??
Because I need my things shorted out ASAP.
One more thing is that they sent me the money and keeping my 4500rs for no reasons at all..
Since last 15 days, I have even left them 4 to 10 tough emails but they have now become a mountain which doesnt know how to move :)
