I have booked flight ticket for delhi to mumbai return on 16th march 2018. My trip id is[protected] . Amount has been debited from my account but and received the trip id. After 3 hours i get a call saying that your ticket has cancelled by the airline due to change in price. If airline changes its price than why it not has been updated on your website? Why money has been deducted? Your website should have declined the transaction displaying the message of fare has been change would you like to continue.. How other booking websites does. Now your customer care is asking to wait for 7-14 days for my refund. Why should i wait where there is no fault of mine. I want my refund by tomorrow as its your websites poor service.
