I want to highlight the matter about the travel which my family had on june 2019 with private airline from delhi to pune.
I had book flight tickets from happyeasygo.com mobile application on 28th march 2019. I received mails for my bookings on my respective mail id's.
As per the flight tickets attached in mail, allowed weight for the trip from delhi to pune was check-in: 25kg, cabin: 7kg.
But when my family reached to airport and they had check-in for the flight, airline agent told them allowed weight is only 15 kg per check in bag which was completely contradictory against the baggage info which was mentioned in happyeasygo.com ticket.
Due to this improper information from happyeasygo, my family had suffered a lot and had paid inr 26400 for excess weight.
I had requested a complete refund of this amount paid as excess weight to happyeasygo.com and sent around 15-18 emails to happyeasygo.com support but each time they just ask for to wait for some time.
Its been 3 months now and i have called, emailed and followed up with them repeatedly. I am also going to formally lodge a complaint of fraud. Was this information helpful? |
